Mr. Wu Mingzhong from Xindou District in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province was
an employee at the seventh branch of the Yuanhongguang Factory. In February
2002, he was arrested while making truth-clarification materials in the dorm
room of a professor from the Chengdu City Southwest College of Transportation.
There were three other Dafa practitioners arrested with him. Since his arrest
there has been no information on his whereabouts.
According to a co-worker, Dafa disciple Wu Mingzhong has long since been
tortured to death, but the specific time and place is not known. Hopefully,
anyone who knows the true story can provide details.
After going to Beijing to appeal in January 2000, Dafa disciple Mr. Xie Caile
from Xindou District in Chengdu City was illegally arrested by police and
detained for 15 days. In February 2000, he again went to Beijing to appeal and
was again arrested and detained for 15 days. After going to Beijing to appeal in
May 2000, he was arrested, and detained for 30 days. Subsequently, he was
sentenced to 2 years of forced labor. After being released, for distributing
factual information about the persecution, he was seized and forced to attend a
brainwashing session. After Xie Caile resisted the persecution and left the
class, again he was caught clarifying the truth to people and was forcefully
taken away by police.
Practitioner Xie Caile is still detained in the Longquanyi District Prison,
Chengdu City.
