Sweden: Promoting Falun Gong during the Final Day of the Lerum Wellbeing Festival (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) The city of Lerum recently held a series of activities for a few days to help people in the local community learn more about different methods of health improvement. The last of these activities was on Saturday September 3, 2004. Many people came to try different activities for promoting health and wellbeing. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to demonstrate the exercises and inform the public about Falun Gong.

Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises, distributed leaflets and collected petition signatures calling for an end to the brutal persecution in China. Many people were interested and there was a very positive response. Two politicians visited the site; one of them had already proclaimed January 30 to be Falun Dafa day in Lerum. The local newspaper in Lerum also mentioned our activity with a photo.
