Chemotherapy and Hormone Treatment Failed to Remove Tumors; Practicing Falun Dafa Cured Me

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Dafa practitioner in Jinzhou City. In October 1992, before I began practicing Falun Dafa, I developed three or four egg-sized tumors on my neck. I underwent a pathology procedure at City Central Hospital but the tissue samples were not diagnosed. My tissue sample was taken to Beijing Tumor Hospital. By the time I had a second thorough examination in December, the tumors had spread to my chest, stomach, pelvis and other parts of my body. By then it was considered to be late stage, and I was told I must begin chemotherapy.

I started chemotherapy in January 1993. Two months later, the tumors could not be detected by the naked eye but were still detected during an exam. Two more months of therapy yielded no change, and the cancer had spread to my bones. Because the chemotherapy kills both good blood cells and bad blood cells, I became very weak and all my hair fell out. I took lots of hormones, and I could barely eat. I knew I was suffering from a terminal disease at the age of 37 and I thought, "Will I leave this world? Will my life be so short?" I cried. I overheard someone tell my family that I had no hope to be cured, and they should take me home and give me whatever I liked to eat because I would not live long. Hearing this only made me feel worse.

While I was grieving my misfortune, a friend introduced me to the practice of Falun Gong. She said it was a great practice and that I should try it. I thought, "I will practice for sure." She gave me the revised version of the book Falun Gong. I felt it was a very good book. I stayed in the hospital for two more months and attended the 11^th Falun Gong class Master Li held in Beijing beginning on July 25, 1993. After nine days of classes I was deeply moved because Master answered many of the questions I had always thought about in my life but had no answer for. I had finally found the Truth, the Great Way! I went to another Falun Gong class and I became energetic, and my body became stronger. I learned the meaning of life, why we live, and why we become sick. I realized that people should live an upright life and be considerate of others, get rid of bad thoughts and bad intentions, follow Truth-Compassion-Tolerance and then they'll be free from illnesses. My family accompanied me to the two classes and I began practicing after I returned home. I followed Master's words and constantly improved my xinxing (1). I became healthier.

In late 1993 I went to the City Hospital for a check-up, and a test revealed that the tumors were completely gone. I was free from illnesses! Falun Dafa had saved me and given me a new life. Words cannot really express my gratitude to Master. My family and friends saw my changes and they were happy for me. They also went to Master's classes. My parents' illnesses that had plagued them for most of their lives were gone. My family was very happy and they no longer needed to worry about my health. In the past decade, I have never taken a single pill. Falun Dafa gave me all of this!

In July 1999, the people in power banned the practice of Falun Gong, which is quite incredulous. The dictator in power constantly spread rumors in the newspapers and on TV, to deceive people. They completely twisted the facts and slandered Falun Dafa. I want to tell people with my own experience that Falun Dafa is great and that they should not be deceived by these lies.
