A Trend in Central China to Hire Employees Who Are Falun Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Beginning in the summer of 2004, due to the rapid progress of validating the Fa (1) and truth clarification by Falun Dafa practitioners, as well as the righteous and benevolent behavior of practitioners developed in the course of cultivation, more and more ordinary people are waking up to the goodness of Falun Dafa. In a city in central China, there is a trend toward hiring employees who are Falun Dafa practitioners. Here are some examples.

One couple, who were both working, decided to hire a temporary employee to do the housework. However, they couldn't find anyone with whom they were familiar. They didn't feel at ease hiring a stranger from the general public. The couple thought that hiring a Falun Dafa practitioner might be the best choice. Over the last couple of years, they had read a great deal of truth-clarifying material and they had also seen many practitioners, all of them good people.

Therefore, the housemistress found a Falun Dafa practitioner and asked her to do their housework. Because this practitioner was very busy and couldn't spare the time for the temporary job, she introduced another practitioner to the couple and suggested that they hire her. The housemistress agreed once she heard that the person was a Falun Dafa practitioner as well. The practitioner went to the couple's home every day. Within two to three hours, everything at their home was in perfect order and they never lost anything from their home. The couple said with satisfaction to anyone they met, "After hiring a Falun Gong practitioner, our minds were at ease."

In the city, small companies and private enterprises always send out newspapers to introduce their products to other companies, government agencies and residents. Some of the people they hired to deliver those newspapers would not deliver all of them. Instead, they bundled the newspapers to sell to recycling centers, causing their employers severe economic loss.

A businessman told a Falun Dafa practitioner that Falun Dafa taught how to be good people according to the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" and that practitioners fully deserved the good reputations they enjoyed. He said, "The Falun Gong practitioners who helped us to deliver the newspapers always delivered all of them and never kept one. They not only brought us economic benefits, but also told us the facts about Falun Gong. We began to understand the truths of life. Falun Gong practitioners were very reliable employees."

An older woman had fired many personal attendants to care for her because she was not satisfied with their work. One day, a Falun Dafa practitioner was introduced to her as a personal attendant for her home. The practitioner always followed the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" and considered other people first. She always began work early and left late in the day. Whatever the work, difficult or dirty, she would do it. She always ate the leftovers and left the newly cooked dishes and rice to save expenses for the family. The woman usually had to pay the people who delivered the gas canisters to replace them. After the Falun Dafa practitioner went to work for her, the practitioner would help replace the gas canisters. In her spare time, the practitioner would tell the older couple many stories of how Falun Dafa has helped millions of people became healthy both mentally and physically, as well as the truth of the persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners.

This kind behavior impressed the old woman and her family members very much. After that, because the Falun Dafa practitioner had other things to do, she had to leave this woman's employment. Every time the couple looked for a new personal attendant, they always hoped to find another Falun Dafa practitioner to help them in their home.
