If We Are Not Attached, Jiang's Stepping Down Can be a New Point of Entry for Truth Clarification

(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, I have read many articles written by fellow practitioners reminding each other not to be attached to Jiang's stepping down, and checking one's attachments. I agree with all of them. I also want to remind us that not being attached to it refers to our hearts not being moved, and it doesn't mean we cannot mention it. As long as we are not pursuing this incident, this thing is very positive, and we can use it as a new launching pad to clarify the truth.

A friend of mine was sentenced to a heavy prison term for clarifying the truth to people. I met his parents, who had just visited him in prison. His mother said, "He is in poor health, has to do a lot of work, and the food quality is low. I indirectly asked the guard why they don't release him after so many years?"

I could feel the dreariness in her heart, and I said to her, "One of my friends told me a reliable story that Jiang will step down, and is suffering from a terminal disease. Of course, this is internal news and I have only heard of it, I don't know the details." I told her only what I knew, and she became excited and said, "Really? Great! I want to shout!" I said, "Ma'am, now do you believe goodness will be rewarded and evildoing will be punished? Don't feel bad for your son." She said, "Exactly. Jiang has brutalized so many people."

Previously when I told Falun Gong practitioners' families about retribution, they could hardly believe me. They said, "Why is my family member suffering while Jiang is living in luxury and power?" This time their reaction was different.

I didn't tell more people about it, and waited for changes. In the same evening, my father watched the evening news and rushed into my room, saying, "Jiang stepped down!" I went to the living room to watch the TV with my parents. I clapped when I heard "Jiang's resignation request has been approved." It was not that I was ecstatic but I wanted to tell my parents by clapping that this was a good thing.

My parents were affected by my enthusiasm. My mother is a Party member and for the first time she condemned Jiang in front of me, "That's right, he should have stepped down a long time ago. He was nothing, and still took the position of Chairman of the Central Military Commission. That's against the law and Party policies! People have criticized him so many times at Party meetings!" I purposely asked her why she thinks it was against the law for Jiang to be the chairman of CMC, and as she answered me she grew even more excited. I emphasized, "In fact, Falun Gong has never opposed the government or the Party, we are only against Jiang's brutality." Mother didn't have any opposition to this statement.

My father has always opposed Jiang, and he was helping my mother explain to me why it's against the law for Jiang to be the chairman of CMC. Then he said, "Ok, now it begins." He meant the group of persecutors is walking to an end. Before this incident, when I clarified the truth to him, he agreed with me, but wasn't sure when changes would take place. This time he was much more positive.

I said, "Actually I knew Jiang stepped down. I didn't want to circulate rumors and didn't expect changes to take place as a result of his resignation, so I didn't tell you. Someone told me he is suffering from a terminal disease."

The next day when I went to work, my colleagues who liked to listen to me clarify the truth came to tell me the good news, saying, "Now you guys have hope." I said, "Not necessarily. Jiang's minions are still in the Politburo, it will not change so quickly." I began to tell them about Zeng Qinghong and Luo Gan's crimes, and other facts. I said, "They'll be held responsible for their crimes. As long as the persecution is taking place and the persecutors have not been brought to justice, Falun Gong practitioners will continue to appeal."

After Jiang stepped down, I think it became easier for people to accept the facts. What happens in ordinary society is the result of Fa-rectification. We can use this news as a point of entry to clarify the truth in a more thorough and solid manner.
