Letting all MEPs Know About the South African Shooting Incident (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the fifth week after the South African shooting incident, on the day when new and old MEPs on duty exchanged their tasks, we came to the European Union Parliament House.

To begin with, we brought 1000 English and 600 German press releases concerning the South Africa incident. Little did we know that they would all be distributed by the next day, so we copied another 1000 while applying for a picture exhibition. The authorities approved our twenty-four hour 'Jiang's Genocide Campaign' picture exhibition without hesitation. Lots of people viewed our exhibition and talked to us, staying for a long time. After seeing our thirty posters, many French policemen changed their attitudes towards us and became friendly, and some wanted to learn Falun Gong.

When going to or from work, the MEPs could all see our banners that read, "Urgent Appeal to All Governments and Media to Denounce China's State Terrorism of Falun Gong Practitioners!"

There were also quite a lot of MEPs who rolled their car windows down when they were still five meters away, asking for a leaflet. Many MEPs gave us the thumbs up in their car.

We also heard lots of MEPs explaining what happened in South Africa to their colleagues, who walked next to them when they passed by. We only started to take pictures when all the MEPs had already gone in to attend the conference.

As 1700 new and veteran MEPs must attend the conference to vote in the new European Union chairperson, all the big newspapers, reporters for TV stations, groups from different countries and the general public who came to audit the meeting were like an endless stream. Our 2600 leaflets ran out. Our only banner was seen by the MEPs going to work every day.
