(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Fang Decheng from Anshan City, Liaoning Province died under the persecution on July 20, 2004.

Mr. Fang Decheng, 37 years old, was born in Sanxing Village, Wanlong County, Meihekou City. He worked at Mouli Shenghui Company in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. In October 1999, he went to Beijing to validate Dafa. He was detained twice and later was forced to leave home to avoid the further persecution. Around 10:00 p.m. on July 20, 2004, the Falun Dafa material site that he maintained was destroyed. During the process that the police tried to abduct him, he fell from the fifth floor of a building. The police from Anshan City Police Department at first didn't allow treatment, and later he was sent to a hospital but could not be revived.
