1. "I would like to say from the bottom of my heart: The goodness of Falun Gong is truly great!"

Yesterday, my friends and I went to a restaurant for dinner. Before the food arrived at the table, one of my friends was very excited and said, "I have something to tell you! A few days ago my wife and I went shopping at a market. After we were done shopping and came back to pick up our motorcycle, we found a CD on the seat. We took it home and watched it. It was great, and we were deeply touched!"

We were sitting in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by other tables. When my friend told me the story, he talked loudly, so people at the next table as well as other tables could hear him. Someone winked at him, gesturing for him to lower his voice. He said, "What am I afraid of? Don't we have freedom of speech? I would like to say from the bottom of my heart: The goodness of Falun Gong is truly great!" By then several other people were listening. I said, "Did you see anything on the CD that teaches you bad things?" "Of course not! The presentation on the CD touched our hearts." During dinner, I saw him drinking soda instead his usual alcoholic drink, and I asked why he would do that. He replied secretively, "I learned this from you [a Dafa practitioner] and I quit drinking..."

One day I went to a forced labor camp for business. At break time, a female guard and I had a discussion on Falun Gong. She said, "People who learn Falun Gong are the good ones. The police, on the other hand, are the truly bad ones."

A group of people on the street were chatting. Someone said, "It is strange that the one person who controls the armed forces and all other matters of money, manpower, and government resources wants to abuse Master Li on TV and in other media, while our Master, who has no money, manages to inspire millions of followers around the world. Jiang has used the resources of the entire country for several years. He also uses governmental systems, laws, politics, the army and spies, and forces ordinary people to agree with him. Is that worth doing?"

Another person added, "Falun Gong practitioners are as steadfast as they used to be. There is no invitation, no force, and no obvious incentive. They get up early every day to practice the exercises. They offer their own place to others [to learn and practice Falun Gong], pay the electricity bills, buy video CD players, and even spend their own money to produce Dafa materials. Jiang forces those cold-blooded police officers to beat and punish practitioners, who insist on holding on to the real truth of Dafa. The more Falun Gong is persecuted, the more popular Falun Gong becomes. As a result, many people have started practicing, even people overseas."
