On the afternoon of January 1, 2005, dozens of Falun Gong practitioners took advantage of the New Year's holiday to introduce Falun Dafa in Luodong Sports Park. Despite the cold wind, practitioners did the group Falun Gong exercises and distributed flyers in high spirits. With kind hearts, they introduced Falun Gong to park visitors.

Dr. Li is a dentist. She gave a testimony of how five years of practicing Falun Gong had improved her xinxing and her health.

Mr. Zheng is the person who first started teaching the Falun Gong exercises in Taiwan. His wife learned Falun Gong in Mainland China, and her bad headaches were cured as a result of the practice. Already in his eighties, Mr. Zheng, together with his wife, started doing the Falun Gong exercises on Yinyang Mountain every morning and teaching the exercises for free. A gentleman who couldn't lift his hand was able to do it right after he did the first exercise. His wife said, "It is a miracle!" News of the wonderful practice spread by word of mouth. It has been more than ten years since Falun Gong started spreading in Taiwan.

Ms. Huang and Ms. Li are both teachers. Besides improved health, they have learned how to apply "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" in their daily lives and jobs. Dr. Chen from Luodong said Falun Gong had cured his insomnia and changed his impulsive personality. Other Falun Gong practitioners have also benefited a lot from practicing Falun Gong.

Mr. Zeng said this great cultivation practice has been introduced in more than sixty countries and to more than one hundred million people. It has won one thousand three hundreds awards and other forms of recognition throughout the world. The Taiwanese government and all strata of society have give Falun Gong positive recognition. However, Jiang's regime in Mainland China brutally persecutes Falun Gong just because of its popularity. Falun Gong practitioners in Yilan said they couldn't stand to see such a great cultivation practice being wronged. They wanted to tell more people the true story of Falun Gong and call for the end of the brutal persecution.

Group Fa-study and experience sharing

About thirty practitioners participated in an intensive Fa-study and experience-sharing session on January 2. Mr. You, Ms. He, Mr. Luo and Ms. Zheng shared their experiences of clarifying the truth in Hong Kong. Dr. Li, Dr. Chen, Mr. Liu, Ms. Zhuo and Ms. Liang shared their experiences of clarifying the truth in Manhattan with fellow practitioners from all over the world.

Falun Gong practitioners enjoyed this two-day activity and felt bathed in the light of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."
