A gentleman often took materials from us and expressed his respect by pressing his hands together and bowing to us. He told Falun Gong practitioners that he always felt great after reading our truth-clarification materials. He said he had sent the materials to his friends after reading them. His friends were shocked to learn about the persecution and thanked him repeatedly.

On cold days, he praised the Falun Gong practitioners who were a part of the live anti-torture exhibition. He commended them for doing such a noble thing, rain or shine.

I was getting ready to distribute truth-clarification CDs at a subway station entrance when a young man started calling out, "Falun Gong! Meditation! Falun Gong! Meditation!" His loud voice caught people's attention. When I thanked him, he told me that he had watched our truth-clarification CD and told all his friends about it.

A woman came to get a CD and asked me if it was free. I told her that it was.

She told me in excitement, "I have never believed in anything. But when I was watching you do your exercises in a distance the other day, I felt your peaceful energy field. It was wonderful!" I almost cried when she told me this. I asked her to tell her family and friends about it and she said she would.

A young man bought a large pizza and put it right in front of the cage of the anti-torture exhibit. He left without saying a word.

A Falun Gong practitioner told a woman that we hoped to tell more people about the persecution. The woman said immediately, "I have already done that." She had told her husband and her husband's friend, and asked the friend to keep passing on the truth-clarification materials. They had a discussion about it. This time, she took some postcards to rescue Falun Gong orphans and Dr. Charles Li.
