Tiananmen Police Officer: "Do You Really Believe I Can Be Saved?"

On September 18, 2004, a Falun Gong practitioner in his 60s from Mianyang City, Sichuan Province went to Beijing to send forth righteous thoughts. He circled around Tiananmen Square and saw police arresting people. He checked into a hotel to settle down. The next day, he sent forth righteous thoughts as he arrived at Tiananmen Square. When he arrived, he sat down with his legs crossed. He saw a police officer looking at him from afar who finally walked over to him.

The officer smiled at him, "If someone asks, just say you practice some other meditation."

The practitioner smiled and replied, "I'm just sending forth righteous thoughts. It looks like you already know the truth. Please remember that Truth, Compassion, and Forbearance are good. Falun Dafa is good. Be kind to Falun Dafa practitioners. Don't assist the evil to do bad deeds. Then you will be saved."

The officer said, "Do you really believe I can be saved? If so, then I won't do those bad things anymore."

Before this, a Sichuan practitioner was clarifying the truth in the train on his way to Beijing. A bad person reported him to the police in the train. The train police officer said, "This is not my duty." More and more Chinese people have learned the truth!

The secretary of the Party committee and the head of the village committee of a village in Shenzhou City, Hebei Province witnessed Falun Gong practitioners' words and actions and believed that Falun Gong was a good practice that genuinely teaches people to be virtuous and to take a righteous path. When Jiang's faction started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, the village leaders protected practitioners and stopped the attempts at persecution. Over the past few years, the practitioners here are still doing group exercises and study just like they used to do before the persecution started. The flyers that clarify the facts about Falun Gong are pasted on the streets in the village all year round.

In Shenzhou City, Hebei Province, there is a young couple who practice Falun Gong. They have a boy. When the boy was a little over six months old, he suddenly developed a fever, coughed, and had breathing difficulties. They sent the boy to the pediatric department in Shenzhou City Hospital. They spent over 3,000 Yuan in six days. Since they had no more money, they took the boy home. The boy's condition worsened. He fainted and was on the verge of dying. They went to the hospital again. After the examination, the doctor said, "The child has prenatal carditis, plus a chronic lung infection. We don't think there is hope. You are in a difficult financial situation. Don't look for a cure. Just go home."

When they got home, they saw the boy still alive. The couple looked inside to see what they didn't do well. They bowed on their knees in front of Master's picture, and begged Master to save the child. After a short while, the boy woke up, breathed normally, and had a steady, normal heart beat.

The boy improved day after day. He didn't need to take any more medicine or injections, and no more hospitalization was required. He recovered completely in just a few days. The story of this incident was passed widely in the village. People witnessed Dafa and Master's miracle. Several people started practicing Falun Dafa after hearing this story.
