Falun Gong Practitioners Hu Xiaole and Zhang Xiaoli of Qingyuan County, Hebei Province Arrested, Their Teenage Son Beaten

(Clearwisdom.net) Zhang Xiaoli, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Nanwangzhuang Village, Donglu Township, Qingyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, was abducted from home without just cause by Fan Wenzhi, the head of the Township and the Chairman of the People's Congress of the Township. Fan Wenzhi led a gang of over 20 people around 9:00 p.m. on September 18 to abduct and hold Zhang Xiaoli at the Township Government Building. Fan Wenzhi tried to extort Zhang Xiaoli's husband Hu Xiaole out of ten thousand yuan. Because Hu Xiaole didn't submit, Fan Wenzhi sent Zhang Xiaoli to a brainwashing center in Qingyuan County. After that, he sent her to Balizhuang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding City. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor.

Fan Wenzhi went back to abduct Zhang Xiaoli's husband at around 10:00 p.m. on December 1. Because Hu Xiaole was not at home, Fan Wenzhi abducted their son Hu Shan (16 years old), who was in bed, and took him to the township government office. They did many things to pressure him for a confession, including beating him up. His head had many bumps and there were many bruises on his face. They finally forced him to confess that he practices Falun Gong so that they would have an excuse for more brutal persecution. The police sent the teenager to a brainwashing class in Qingyuan County, as well. Fan Wenzhi also assigned people to guard each exit in the village in order to catch Hu Xiaole. There are even some people waiting and watching at the door of Hu Xiaole's home at night. Hu Xiaole and his second son, who is 12 years old, have now become homeless to avoid further persecution.

The police caught Hu Xiaole at 4:00 p.m. on December 27. They left the 12-year-old boy alone with nobody to take care of him. Zhang Xiaoli has been on a hunger strike to protest. She's now in critical condition.
