My sister and her grandson recently came to my home. I went to buy a fish for dinner, but all the fish sold in the market are live ones. The seller struck the head of the fish and it was killed immediately. After dinner, I practiced meditation but fell down off a chair. I realized that it was a punishment for my indirectly killing the fish.

Because I owed the butcher 20 cents last time, I tried to find some change from the one who was selling fish. An older woman asked me if I was this person's aunt. I was surprised and asked how she could know me. She said: "They often talk about you." Then I told her a lot about Dafa and recommended the "Epoch Times" to her, and suggested that she quit the CCP. The woman told me her name and asked me to write a renunciation statement for her. The fish seller beside us also renounced party membership.

Afterwards I went to give the change to the butcher. The fish seller followed and told the butcher and another person who was also selling fish: "The old lady is a very good person. Believe what she says." After I clarified the truth to them, these two people also quit the party. So, four people quit the evil party because of the predestined relationship started by 20 cents. A CCP member that I clarified the truth to before happened to pass by. After seeing what was going on and listening in, he also decided to quit the CCP.

Teacher said in Essentials for Further Advancement--Sage:

Through clarifying the truth, I understood that the attachment to personal interest is a huge hindrance to our mission of rectifying the Fa and saving people. It is because the people not only listen to what we say, but also watch what we do.

When I was buying cloth in a shop, someone asked if I was this person's mother. My daughter was persecuted to death and my son-in-law was imprisoned. I used the opportunity to introduce the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and helped them withdraw from the CCP. The people there all said it was good because my daughter and I are good people. Then all of them quit the evil party. The tailor also asked me to issue a statement for her daughter.

In clarifying the truth and persuading people to quit the CCP, I always first tell people what Teacher said. Meanwhile I sent forth a thought: "All the people in my field of vision should come here."

Many of my neighbors and tenants have seen though the evil nature of the CCP. A classmate of my brother once joined the army and was deeply influenced by the CCP. I didn't give up on him and sent forth righteous thoughts for him. Two months later, he came to me to quit the CCP on his own. The people that I've helped to quit the CCP come from all walks of life: as farmers, army personnel, police, businessmen, and others.

One of my tenants is a widow. At her request, I reduced her rent. Her father and sister-in-law work in a police station. At first, they didn't agree to let her stay here because I am a Dafa practitioner. Later, after they understood the truth, all of them published their statements to quit the CCP.

Dafa practitioners' behavior should be very kind, and we should treat the sentient beings as if they were our family. In small matters, we should also be strict with ourselves. In the winter, I swept the snow in front of the doors of tenants and cleaned the stove for others. The party secretary of a village said: "Falun Gong is good; they cleaned stove for others." He didn't know it was me that did that. Previously my husband didn't like my cleaning stoves for others, but he understood later and did that also.

The above are some small things in daily life. Here I share them with fellow practitioners in the hope of everyone improving together in cultivation.
