(Clearwisdom.net) An encounter between fellow practitioners the other day made me think of the need for practitioners to teach and learn basic PC know-how from one another. Due to some problems with my home PC, a fellow practitioner who is a computer expert traveled a few hundred miles to help me out. For various reasons, he had to rush in and out within one day. New issues arose after he fixed my original problem. When I asked him some questions, this practitioner just briefly said, "It is very simple." This situation made me realize that it might be easy for the one with the knowledge but very difficult for the one without it.

Usually a technical practitioner will turn down a request for help from local practitioners perhaps due to security concerns.

As to what I mentioned above, I would like to discuss my personal realization: among fellow practitioners we need to have a mutual understanding. We should understand that the technical practitioners have taken on a lot of responsibility and have been working very hard. They have to solve many breakdown problems at various material production sites as well as answer user questions and teach practitioners who are beginning users how to use computers. They have contributed so much to the blossoming new sites and to the normal operation of materials sites. Too many frequent repairs and too frequent questions may make the technical practitioners get tired or become impatient. On the other hand, teaching computer technologies to fellow practitioners is a process of self-cultivation practice for the technical practitioners. It is not to solve users' problems in the ordinary world but something to elevate one's Xinxing and a process to improve ones understanding of the Fa.

Meanwhile, when one meets any trouble while using a computer, one should remain cool and deal with it as a practitioner should. Yes, when a computer system encounters various troubles, the user may become very anxious for the day lost or the time lost in saving sentient beings. But should getting anxious when things do not go smoothly be a practitioner's state of mind? Only if one is cool-headed will one be able to do things well and bring into play a practitioner's wisdom. That is point one.

Practitioners who do not have PC knowledge are new users so they are not familiar with computer terminology. When technical practitioners briefly mention what seems to be a simple thing, it is equivalent to saying nothing at all. Thus in teaching, the technical practitioners need to be sympathetic to the learning practitioners' difficulty in picking up the knowledge. This way, all may accomplish the complementing effects of practicing cultivation and doing work. This is point two.

Point three is as follows. There are too many things in a PC for the novice practitioner to use. This situation needs the empathy and understanding of the technical practitioners. In the meantime, those new users should not deal with the temporary difficulty with an ordinary person's viewpoint. Cultivation practice is supernormal. As long as one studies the Fa well and tries to do things with heart, it will go smoothly. In short, we will get nowhere if we try to solve our lack of technical knowledge and computer system problems with ordinary methods.

When encountering computer troubles, many practitioners will immediately take it to be a deficiency in their cultivation practice. As soon as the attachment is let go, the computer trouble disappears by itself. In some cases, sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate interference is effective too. With a pure heart, some young practitioners are able to break through the CCP's Internet blockade with simple technology. Young practitioners are skillfully using various ways of clarifying Falun Gong truth and saving sentient beings through the Internet. Based on their solid cultivation practice, some senior practitioners with not much computer background are also able to quickly learn how to get onto the Internet and to use computer systems in making truth materials. There have been many supernormal cases that fellow practitioners did not write out for sharing due to safety concerns. But from Fa principles we may comprehend that, with righteous thoughts and pure hearts, a practitioner's supernormal abilities can manifest in many ways.

As Dafa practitioners, we are not doing ordinary people's technical work. What we are doing in getting rid of computer troubles, solving a problem, teaching a fellow practitioner to be a user, or establishing a new truth materials site. It is all for disintegrating evil on our path of validating the Fa. To do it well and not to let it become an everyday person's task, both the teaching and the learning practitioners must study more Fa.

We should constantly elevate ourselves within the Fa and keep sending forth righteous thoughts frequently so as to reduce or eliminate computer system troubles and to learn computer technologies well and with supernormal speed (for our purpose of saving other people).
