Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lu Lihua from Harbin City Tortured to Death

(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of September 23, 2005, Harbin City police launched a massive hunt for practitioners. On the same day, practitioner Ms. Lu Lihua was arrested and sent to the No. 2 Detention Center of Harbin City (Yazijuan), where she was tortured. At around 7:20 p.m. on October 2, 2005, Ms. Lu passed away on her way to a hospital.

According to insiders, there were many purple bruises on Ms. Lu's face, her chest, and her back.

Ms. Lu Lihua was 43 years old (she was born in August 1962). She was a self-employed businesswoman. At around 6:00 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2005, the police arrested her at her home. Other practitioners who were arrested around the same time included Li Hong Kui, Dai Jingmin, Wang Zhulan, Yang Maohua, Lu Yan, and Li Ge. Ms. Zhou and her husband (who lives in Youyi Road, Daoli District) were arrested at around 1:00 a.m. by persecutors from the city 610 Office, city police department, Daoli District Police Department, and Gongcheng Police Station. Practitioner Yang Yunqiu and Wei Shuxia were arrested while visiting Ms. Zhou. Practitioner Li Yequan, Yuan Mi, and Zheng were arrested in Qiulinhouyuan Hotel (on the 7th floor of the building). Police from Nangang District State Protection Team and Xinglu Police Station arrested practitioner Zhang Yuefang (a resident of Nangang District) at her home. Practitioner Yang Guiying was arrested around the same time, and the police closed down her hotel.

The No. 2 Detention Center of Harbin City is located at No. 158 Gongnong Avenue in Daoli District. Like the No. 1 Detention Center of Harbin City, the detention center was under the management of the No. 7 Division of the Harbin City Police Department. The two detention centers are also called "Harbin City Detention Center" (the local residents call it "Yazijuan" or "Guxiang Detention Center"). Most of the arrested female practitioners in Harbin City are detained in the No. 2 Detention Center before they are sentenced to jail terms or sent to a forced labor camp.

We sternly warn the persecutors who have been following Jiang's regime, "Immediately stop your criminal deeds." We also ask fellow practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts intensively, to eliminate all the evil that persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners in Harbin City and to disintegrate all obstacles that interfere with saving sentient beings. We also hope all practitioners clarify the truth to people who are known to be rational and hold wisdom, and who will come forward to help rescue all detained practitioners.
