How Shengli Oil Field's Binhai Public Security Bureau Persecutes Falun Gong Practitioners (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The Shengli Oil Field in Dongying City, Shandong Province, is the second largest oil field in China and many practitioners work there. Their presence indeed helps to improve and raise the social morality in this area. However, since former president Jiang Zemin and the evil CCP began to suppress Falun Gong in July 1999, authorities at Shengli Oil Field have completely ignored the truth of how much Falun Gong has benefited society. They distorted the facts and used every opportunity to persecute practitioners. Many practitioners have been arrested and forced into brainwashing classes at a so-called "law and discipline center" since the persecution began. Practitioners were fired, forced into permanent unemployment, illegally detained and given prison sentences, and sent to forced labor camps.

Shengli Oil Field Company's 610 Office is the command center for the persecution of Falun Gong. This office is located inside the Shengli Oil Management Bureau building. Its chief staff members are Xu Tonghai, Zhang Chenggong, and Zhao Xiucheng. The Shengli Oil Field CCP committee is in direct control of the persecutions.

The Shengli Oil Field CCP committee dictates the operations of several branches of the Shandong Province Binhai Public Security (formerly known as Shengli Public Security and now known as the Shengli Oil Field Binhai Public Security Bureau) and the China Petroleum University Public Security Office.

They have implemented cruel, fascistic tactics to persecute practitioners. The Binhai Detention Center at the Shengli Oil Field's Binhai Public Security Bureau, where practitioners are detained, is a hell on earth. The police at the camp continuously torture practitioners by beating them with a wooden club covered in plastic and hang them off the ground with handcuffs.

The police at Shengli Oil Field Binhai Public Security have also persecuted practitioners by taking possession of their homes, illegally arresting and detaining them in labor camps, and naming them in criminal prosecutions. Early in 2000, the police illegally arrested 80 practitioners who exercised in the park. On October 1, 2000, the police cooperated with Beijing Public Security police and arrested more than 300 practitioners from Shengli Oil Field who had gone to Beijing to appeal and clarify the truth to the government about Falun Gong. The CCP authorities detained the practitioners and put them into forced labor camps, where they were brutally persecuted.

Recently, the police from the Shengli Oil Field Binhai Public Security Bureau worked with police from Huantai County, Shandong Province, to arrest three practitioners who worked in the Shengli Oil Field: Zhang Aiquan, Wang Mingyun, Yu Desheng. The police sent them to Huantai County to be persecuted. They recently attempted to give them illegal sentences. In order to find and arrest 10 other practitioners, they monitored the movements of practitioner Zhang Aiquan before his arrest. They are planning to illegally sentence practitioners Mr. Zheng Ruihuan and his wife Ms. Liu Yinglan soon.
