In recent months, the Langfang 610 Office has given orders to subordinates at various locations to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners and send them to "transformation classes." Under orders from the Langfang Sanhe City Police Department, they attempted to and failed to arrest Ms. Tian, an elderly practitioner. They then started to ask around about the whereabouts of her grandson, intending to kidnap the child and use him as a hostage.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Polices' Evil Actions

Changchun city policeman Zhang Sinan, 30, has illegally arrested many Falun Dafa practitioners. He uses a brutal torture called "Carrying a Sword on the Back" and beats practitioners with his fists and feet. He also made two practitioners spend nights on a concrete floor during the brutal winter. Wang Lidong, 20 years old, is also ferocious. He uses an electric baton to shock practitioners, beats them with his fists and feet, and fills a plastic bag with smoke and puts it over their heads. He uses an electric baton to shock various parts of practitioners' bodies, including their private parts. Li Shichang and Zhang Guobao are also evil policemen who favor brutal ways to torture and persecute practitioners.
