By a Falun Gong practitioner in Weifang City, Shandong Province

At around 10 p.m. on September 7, 2005, I received a phone call from the People's Hospital in Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. I was told that my son had been in an accident and that his family members needed to go to the hospital as soon as possible. My son had just turned eighteen years old. I told myself immediately, "Do not be nervous. I am a Falun Gong practitioner of the Fa-rectification period. If one person practices, the whole family benefits, thus I will not accept any interference or persecution of my family from the old forces." On the way to the hospital, I kept sending forth righteous thoughts.

When I first saw him in the hospital he was laying on a stretcher unconscious with blood all over his face. His eyes and mouth were still bleeding. Fresh blood stains covered his clothing and could be seen on the ground around him. I did not think twice. I squatted in front of my son, and said anxiously, "Mom is here. Wake up! Do you still remember what Mom told you before? You cannot forget it in this critical moment!"

He slowly opened his eyes and said, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Comparison-Forbearance is good." At that moment, I felt a shock throughout my body and felt a surge of heat fill my whole body. I did not expect that in such a critical condition, he could still say clearly, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Comparison- Forbearance is good." It is the power of Dafa and the merciful protection of Teacher that helped him.

After a series of check-ups by the doctors, he was diagnosed with blood clots in his brain, two skull fractures, ruptured blood vessels in his eyes, and swelling of the retina, which caused his retina to fall off. Because of his severe condition, he was kept in the emergency room for three days.

The hospital told me that my son needed surgery. However, the hospital was not able to perform the type of surgery required. Either my son had to be transferred to another hospital or they had to invite an expert from another facility to perform the surgery. After two days, the hospital told me that the expert they invited was too busy to come right away and the surgery had to be delayed for several days.

This made me think, "Dafa is miraculous and supernormal. Why don't I let him listen to Teacher's lectures?" Therefore, I asked my son while he was awake, "Would you like to wait for the expert to come or listen to Teacher's lectures?" He answered without any doubt, "I'd like to listen to Teacher's lectures." Hence, I set up a tape player and began to play the lecture tapes for him immediately. Whenever he was awake, he was always listening to Teacher's lectures.

Under these conditions, as time passed by, he quickly recovered from his wounds. The expert did not come to perform the surgery. In about 10 days, all of his severe wounds recovered. His brain and eyes were totally back to normal. Even the doctors and nurses said, "This patient is a miracle."

Using these circumstances, I told them about the magnificence of Dafa, clarified the truth to them about the persecution of Falun Gong, and asked them to remember, "Falun Dafa is good." They all nodded their heads. My son could not express with words his appreciation for Teacher's salvation. Therefore, when he mentioned this accident to his colleagues, friends, and classmates, he always told them that he was lucky to be saved by Teacher. Otherwise, he knew that he would still be in really bad shape.

From the time of check-in to checking out of the hospital, it only took 22 days for such serious wounds to heal. It became the healing miracle of the hospital. The hospital reported my son's case to their management. The director of the hospital ward and my son's doctor were both promoted. The hospital ward was ranked as "excellent." It's really a miracle that they had never seen before. But unfortunately, although they witnessed the entire event, they did not report that the miracle happened only because of the patient's belief in Teacher and Falun Dafa.

I would like to let the entire world know that it is Teacher who gave my son a second life!
