(Clearwisdom.net) Greetings, revered Master! Greetings, fellow practitioners!

I would like to share our experiences of establishing small, startup Falun Dafa materials sites, having them throughout our area, like flowers blossoming everywhere.

During the several years of the evil persecution of Dafa and Dafa practitioners, damage to the existing material sites has been severe, causing huge losses of equipment and capital, and making the persecution even worse. However, Dafa practitioners still negated the arrangements of the old forces, and one by one established new material sites.

There was a brief period of time when the supplies were not keeping up with the demand. We had too much material, but not enough production sites. The equipment running non-stop still couldn't keep up with the demands. Later, practitioners suggested that we solve the problems on our own.

Thinking about it calmly, based on what we've learned from our previous lessons, if this kind of thing persists, materials production sites would just become printing sites. The practitioners would just be busy printing, buying and distributing materials. They wouldn't have time to study Fa or practice the exercises. If practitioners deviate from Dafa, the evil will take advantage to worsen the persecution. These things indeed will keep practitioners quite busy. Partially this was due to the problems from each one of us. The long-term "waiting, relying and demanding" added a burden to the materials production sites. How could we make sure all of us are taking on our own responsibilities? It was an issue that needed an immediate solution.

When we saw the suggestion on the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) to establish small-scale material sites like flowers blossoming everywhere, we felt that this was the right way, the way we needed to go.

Due to security reasons, we previously never asked anything about materials production sites. But now we needed to establish our own sites without any previous experience. We tried to reference the type of printers suggested on the Minghui website and looked at sample printers on the market. Finally, with the help of fellow practitioners, we bought a small printer.

Initially all of us had the attachment of fear. We put the printer in a practitioner's house. Nobody was home during the day. I tried to learn how to operate it by reading the manual. I was nervous. The printer was really hard to manage. I wasted lots of paper. It also made really loud noises - seemed to challenge me, which made me even more nervous. I ended up covering the machine with a blanket, making it overheat. The performance got worse and more paper was wasted. After a while, the ink ran out as well. I carefully took out the ink cartridge. Then I tried to follow the instructions and did a step-by-step comparison. But I still couldn't figure out the relationship between air bleeding and infusing ink. There was no one around to answer my questions. I was facing a machine and the messy ink and didn't know what to do. An unspeakable emotion of hardship surfaced that made me want to cry.

After I calmed down I thought, "I am a Dafa practitioner. I should do this well." So I started sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil interference in other dimensions. I said to the machine in my heart, "you are a life form that came for Dafa as well. Let's all assist Master in rectifying the Fa. Your life will have a good end-result." I removed the blanket from the machine and put the printer on the table, with foam underneath. I tried to use a syringe to draw out the air from the ink box so it would fill in with new ink. Then I started the machine again. It operated much better. I became calmer. The noise of the machine seemed much lower as well. It seemed directly related to my feelings. I finally printed out the first stack of materials and carried them back home. Our materials production site was thus officially established. We had taken our first step.

After several visits to a fellow practitioner's house I was relatively "experienced." So I shared my "experiences" with this fellow practitioner. Although she wasn't highly educated, she had a sincere heart. She learned really fast and could do it all on her own. She usually delivered the materials to us after she was done.

The materials we made could meet our own demands. We felt it was the right way. In the meantime, this alleviated the burden on other sites.

One practitioner printed flyers using a primitive method. There was not enough variety in her flyers. The ink easily got messy. We made our recommendations to them. At first, they felt they were familiar with the process already and not confident in switching to a different machine. After we showed them the technology and shared our experience they decided to give it a try and grasped it right away. They were able to print Master's lectures, Clearwisdom Weekly, Zhengjian Weekly, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and a variety of truth-clarification flyers and brochures. They took on all the materials-production work in their area.

There was a group of several practitioners in one practitioner's home. They wanted to buy a printer for their use, but didn't know what was suitable. We shared our experience with them. Now not only did they solve the source of their materials, but also shared the burden with other practitioners. Because more and more practitioners are stepping out, material supplies have increased. There are more fellow practitioners taking on establishing more materials sites.

Through operating these sites, fellow practitioners gathered lots of good experience and helped others nearby to establish their sites. Small-scale materials production sites in our area are currently all over the place, like flowers blossoming everywhere.

It's normal to have machine problems during operation. Initially, the practitioners sent the machines to repair centers to get them fixed. This takes lots of time. On the other hand, police are frequently watching the activities in repair centers. Later we decided to no longer go to the repair shops. Instead, we asked for help from fellow practitioners who were good at repairs. They usually opened the machine, cleaned it up and the machine would work fine again. Now almost everybody can do the clean-up maintenance. When the machine had an occasional problem it was usually do to our mentality. For example, when producing materials, if we said something meaningless or we had any human notions show up, the machine would have issues, "to warn us."

Once when we were printing Master's lectures, we became anxious due to the high volume and tight time frame. As a result, the machine didn't cooperate and started having many problems. The practitioners recognized their anxiety, tried to calm down, and tried their best to do as much as they could. Then the machine recovered and operated fine again. The practitioners accomplished what they needed within limited time and distributed Master's lectures on time.

Another practitioner was so happy to see Master's lectures he had printed that he started becoming smug. The machine again had problems that interfered. Later, when he realized the complacency and eliminated it, the machine recovered right away. As a matter of fact, these problems are directly related to our mentality and indicate that we should upgrade our "xinxing."

Sometimes it was interference from evil in other dimensions. We sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors in other dimensions. At the beginning of the year when everybody started working on the Nine Commentaries, several machines had problems. We realized that it was interference from the evil Communist specter, and that we should negate it. So we sent forth righteous thoughts every day. Due to our righteous thoughts, the Nine Commentaries was printed. The truth materials never stopped being printed. All machines were working properly as well.

Relative to the bigger-scale materials sites, supplies in the smaller sites are not ample enough. Some practitioners were able to resolve their financial problems on their own, but not everyone was in the same circumstances. Many practitioners took the initiative to financially support the sites. When buying supplies, everyone still tried to buy high quality, low-priced supplies and never wasted any money.

Behind every flyer was selflessness and the contributions of Dafa practitioners. One of the practitioners had lost his job that paid him over 2000 yuan per month in salary, during the persecution. Their child needed money to go to school. During detention, his spouse also borrowed lots of money. Even faced with this, the practitioner didn't think about how to make more money for his family. In order to have time to produce Falun Dafa materials, he only worked some temporary jobs to make just enough money to support the family. Another practitioner made a living from farming. Sometimes he was busy with the farm during the day, and he took time at night to work on truth materials and the next morning he studied the Fa and did the exercises. One practitioner had vision problems, but he was quite diligent when working on materials. He read, edited and corrected each page very carefully and always made an extra effort on every single piece of printed handouts.

Lots of coordination was needed in establishing the materials sites. Those practitioners who were responsible for downloading materials from websites tried to break through the Internet blockade and promptly downloaded of all Master's new lectures, [information from] the Minghui Weekly, Zhenjian Weekly, a variety of truth flyers and brochures, the Nine Commentaries, and other information. They helped everyone to select the right materials, mainly from the Minghui website, and the Nine Commentaries from www.dajiyuan.com.

Those practitioners who were responsible for distributing the materials never stopped, rain or shine, winter or summer. They carried the materials everywhere and always delivered them on time. The practitioners who delivered the materials personally walked everywhere, through big streets or small alleys and delivered the truth to thousands of homes, even during the most frenzied periods of persecution.

Practitioners who were responsible for coordination did a great job cooperating with everyone based on each individual situation. For example, after the materials production sites were established, the coordinators made proper arrangements based on the volume of distribution and production situations so there was no overstock or waste. They also made arrangements based on different practitioners' capacities, so practitioners wouldn't have so much pressure. Usually practitioners study the Fa at home. When they have questions, they have a group discussion and try to understand things together from the perspective of the Fa, to improve together. If there were machine problems that couldn't speedily be resolved, the coordinators tried to generate some practice sessions or lessons to help solve the problems. If something still couldn't be resolved, they would reach out to other sites to ask for help to temporarily solve these issues.

Some practitioners didn't even know each other. Practitioners might just have met each other once or twice. We don't need to ask their names and what they do. We all have one wish: assisting Mater to rectify the Fa together, saving sentient beings. Just like Master said,

"For Dafa disciples as a whole, in the process of validating the Fa, when you work together in concert, the Fa power is great. Whether you're doing things as a group or doing things individually, what you're doing is the same kind of thing, and that's what we mean by one entity. You're all clarifying the truth, sending righteous thoughts, and studying the Fa, so the specifics of the things you're doing are different but the division of roles is orderly, together there's a form, and separated there are particles." For the past year, the practitioners in our area emerged from the state of "waiting, relying, demanding." From having established one small materials production site, we gathered our experiences and learned lessons and established more and more materials sites. We've grown more and more mature. Everyone walked the path steadfastly. Everyone is doing what a Dafa practitioner in the Fa-rectification period should be doing. We realized that this didn't happen because we were so capable. It happened only because we complied with the Fa's requirements and we upgraded our xinxing. When we walk along the right path of cultivation, Master and the gods helped us. This is another exhibit of Dafa's power.

This is an experience sharing from two of us. Although we didn't express ourselves completely and there is still a room for improvement, we know that this is another process of letting go of egos. Our wisdom comes from Dafa. Any Dafa practitioner writes using the heart/mindset, not the pen. Now we've broken through our own obstacles and written our experiences about cooperating with each other during establishing small-scale materials sites in our area. We hope this is going to help us improve together.
