(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Kaide, 46, lived in Lijiashiqiao Village, Zhuhai Neighborhood, Jiaonan City, Shandong Province. He did clothing trade, but had bad health. After cultivated Falun Dafa in the spring of 1997, he quickly became very healthy.

On July 21, 1999, Mr. Li Kaide went to Beijing to clarify the truth together with fellow practitioners. Police found them through a cell phone locator, and he was arrested by police from Jiaonan City in the basement of a motel in Beijing.
According to Mr. Li Kaide's family, at 7:00 a.m. on July 30, 1999, Mr. Li was sent back to Jiaonan City by the Jiaonan City Police, who went to Beijing to arrest him, and the vehicle had an accident while driving in the Huangshanlu area. Mr. Li Kaide was killed during the accident because his hands were cuffed.
