On February 25, 2002, I was reported to the police while distributing truth-clarification materials on the street. I was sent to a detention center. A month later, on March 26, I was transferred to a brainwashing center where they tried all kind of tactics to destroy my righteous thoughts. Because of my lack of Fa study and due to my attachment of fear, I wrote a "guarantee statement" promising to give up Falun Gong. On September 30, 2002, I was sent to a labor camp. While in detention there, I was in a very bad state of mind and did not have righteous thoughts at all. In November 2003, under pressure, I cursed Teacher against my will, and I also wrote another guarantee promising not to study the Fa or to practice the exercises. Moreover, I admitted to the evil that I was a detainee subjected to forced-labor "re-education." I regret what I did very much. Today, I declare null and void all that I said and did that did not conform to the Fa. I will eliminate the evil and keep up with the Fa-rectification.

I obtained the Fa before the persecution began. However, after the persecution started, I turned in my Dafa books and promised not to practice anymore. In July 2003, I was fortunate enough to read some truth-clarification materials. From then on, I resumed my cultivation. However, I still did not dare to step forward to clarify the truth. I would only watch to see how other practitioners were doing. Later, through the study of Teacher's articles, I realized how bad a situation I was in. Fa-rectification will soon manifest in the human world and sentient beings are all waiting to be saved. Every minute and every second is extremely precious. I hereby declare null and void everything I said and did that did not conform to the Fa. I will firmly deny the arrangements of the old forces. From now on, I will do well the three things and will keep pace with the Fa-rectification.
