(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Miao Jianguo Held in the City Forced Labor Camp Again
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Miao Jianguo was sent to the Guta Hospital after nine days of hunger striking at the Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp. During the afternoon of December 1, 2005, wardens found that Miao Jianguo was unconscious and then called his family and told them to take him home. The next afternoon, however, five wardens including Bai Jinlong from the forced labor camp arrested him and took him back to the labor camp.
2. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Du Yifeng Held with Extended Detention Term in the Shandong Province Women's Forced Labor Camp
On October 29, 2003, Yinan County 610 Office personnel sent Yinan County Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Du Yifeng to the Shandong Province No.1 Women's Forced Labor Camp for a two-year term.
Du Yifeng was tortured many times in the camp. In June 2004, because Ms. Du refused to write her so-called "personal thoughts report" she was deprived of sleep. At 12:00 a.m. after Du Yifeng just got into bed, Sun Qunli, a warden, brutally dragged her to ground from the upper tier of a bunk bed. Then Du Yifeng was dragged into a bathroom and locked onto a heating pipe for six days. The warden did not release her even when she needed to use the toilet. Wardens threatened that if she refused to write a repentance statement she would not be released from the heating pipe. Having suffered from this torture, Du Yifeng could not wear her shoes due to her extremely swollen feet. She had difficulty walking for a long time.
In September 2004, police attempted to "reform" her again. As she refused, police hung her up by her handcuffs and only let her toes touch the ground. They threatened that if she would not be "reformed," the torture would not end. Thus, Du Yifeng's arms hurt for over half a year.
At present, Du Yifeng has been held about two years and one month in the forced labor camp. The two-year term has expired, but the authorities still refuse to release her.
3. [Yangchun City, Guangdong Province] Mo Yimei Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor
At the end of May 2005, practitioner Ms. Mo Yimei was put into a brainwashing class. Because she did not give in, she was sentenced to two years of forced labor. Currently, Mo Yimei is being held at the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp.
4. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Sun Jiefen Arrested for Clarifying the Truth at a Market
In the middle of November 2005, practitioner Ms. Sun Jiefen, 60 years old, from Zhao Village, Liuting Community, Chengyang District, Qingdao City was arrested when clarifying the truth in a bazaar in Lijianugu Village. She is presently being held at the Dashan City Detention Center.
5. [Tianjin] Zhang Fengcai Arrested for Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
On October 24, 2005, personnel working at the Yueyahe Street Community in Hebei District, Tianjin City spotted 55-year-old practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengcai distributing truth-clarifying materials. She is a retired employee of the Tianbei Food Industry Company. Police later arrested her and confiscated over five hundreds copies of truth-clarifying materials and 350 CDs from her home.
6. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Jia Rongjuan and Liu Wuying Detained for Clarifying the Truth
On December 1, 2005, practitioner Ms. Jia Rongjuan from Xiaopu Village, Baizhuang Township, and practitioner Ms. Liu Wuying from Lu Village, Zhaoba Township, in Shenze County, Hebei Province went to clarify the truth to people in the Political Security Section of Shenze County Police Department. The practitioners also petitioned for the return of the large amounts of money that had been extorted from them and the "fines" they were required to pay.
Hao Juan, the section chief, and Zhang Yanbo, the Political Head from the Political and Security Section arrested them and sent them to the county detention center.
