The truth is that such Hooliganism is deliberate and institutionalized policy under the Chinese Communist system'. This says it clearly and to the point. However, He Xuejian is not the only rapist. After Lui Jizhi and Han Yuzhi had been raped physically, they suffered mental rape by staff from the local police station.

What does 3,000 yuan represent for a village family in China? According to China's official statistics "Report on National Economy and Social Development of Hebei Province in 2004:" The average annual net income for an individual in Hebei Province in 2004 was less than 3,200 yuan.

During the past six years, Chinese officials from all levels made a killing from the persecution of Falun Gong - this is their best income resource. There are no costs and no risks. They earn a bundle from the persecution, given the secret order "ruin [practitioners'] reputation, bankrupt [practitioners] financially, and destroy [practitioners] physically." Whenever they need funds, they will arrest Falun Gong practitioners, confiscate their property, and extort a lot of money in the form of "fines." As for the police station in Hebei province, they extorted almost an entire year's income after they tolerate the rape of innocent women by their policemen. This vicious inhumanity is unprecedented in ancient and modern China, as well as in the entire world.

From this entire incident, people saw policeman He Xuejian's depraved nature, and a local organization's evil doings. The CCP and the 610 office have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners systematically with the entire government at their call. The CCP and its ruling regime have become extremely evil after dozens of years' of practice. If the CCP does not like you, then you cannot exist. If you do not obey the CCP, you will lose your livelihood. The inevitable upshot of the persecution policy against Falun Gong practitioners is that policeman are doing evil, officials are doing evil and security is doing evil.

Therefore, we give a warning those officials who are still following the dictates of the CCP in its persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Put an end to your actions. Because of all its atrocities and criminal activities, the CCP will be wiped from history very soon. Think about your actions and look at your colleagues who have received karmic retribution. Don't cling to the false hope that you will be spared from just punishment. Whoever committed crimes will not escape retribution from heaven. Those who have persecuted Falun Dafa will be punished. Stop killing innocent people for modest gains while ruining your future in the process.
