(Clearwisdom.net) An elderly Falun Dafa student was very diligent in cultivation after obtaining the Fa in 2002. She did a lot to validate Dafa and she let go of her fear to clarify the truth face to face. In the last several months, though, she left the Fa study group and neglected studying the Fa on her own, and the evil took advantage of her gap. She gave all her Dafa books, practice tapes, and Master's lecture tapes to another practitioner and would not continue cultivation, no matter what. Several fellow practitioners attempted to persuade her, but it didn't work. Two Dafa practitioners lost hope on her and did not want to help her any longer. Through studying the Fa, practitioners reached an understanding. Master said in the article, "Walk Straight Your Path:"

"You play the leading role in this period of history, and the existence of everything at present, whether it be evil or the upright gods, has to do with you. It is walking straight your path that is most important." ("Walk Straight Your Path")

We realized that to give up on our fellow practitioner was to walk on the path arranged by the old forces and to let the evil rotten spirits take advantage of the gap. We could never allow the evil to drag our fellow practitioner into the abyss. Thus, over ten Dafa practitioners started sending out righteous thoughts together. At the same time, two more practitioners went to her home to talk with her patiently and scrupulously, to search for the obstacles in her heart, to find her attachments, and to study together with her. We knew that Master's Fa was pertinent to solving her problem. She quickly woke up to her error, realized the danger of deviating from Dafa and was determined to walk straight the last leg of her journey.

Master said,

"This instant is precious beyond measure. Completing the last leg of this journey well is what's most magnificent." (Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago, 2005).

She realized that she must cherish this extremely rare opportunity, and the only way to ensure that she would not walk on a crooked road was to study the Fa with the group. She woke up feeling shocked at the thought that she almost positioned herself against Dafa.

From then on, she started to participate in the group in Fa study. At first, her children tried to prevent her from going. With a fellow practitioner's help, she was determined in her faith in cultivation. She participated in the Fa study energy field every morning, clarified the truth and sent out righteous thoughts during the day, and rectified her path of following Master to validate Dafa. Although each of the twenty Dafa practitioners in this village walks different paths, at key moments, they remind each other to improve based on the Fa. They all walk with full confidence on the path of following Master to rectify the Fa. They are resolved in doing the three things well in their work and everyday life. They give top priority to Dafa and try their best to fulfill their historical missions.

Fellow practitioners, it is urgent to help practitioners who have deviated from their paths. Make sure to pull them up at this last moment. Since they obtained the Fa during the Fa-rectification period, it is key for them to walk straight the last leg of their journeys. Don't let them be discarded by history. At the same time, when we help fellow practitioners who fall behind, it is also a process by which we cultivate ourselves. Only Fa-study can solve the fundamental problems. "The solution is to without exception make studying the Fa a priority and to study the Fa diligently. This Great Law is able to rectify the colossal firmament and allows people to cultivate to Consummation--shouldn't you treasure an opportunity as rare and precious as this? And this is an opportunity that will be gone in an instant!" ("Shed the Human Mindset")
