Hebei Province Police Try to Hide the Truth about the Recent Police Rapes of Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Three officials, Dongchengfang Town CCP Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary Song Xiaobin, General Office Chair Chai Yuqiao, and Xituan Village CCP Secretary Yang Shun, recently teamed up to hide the truth about the recent police rapes of two Falun Gong practitioners while in police custody. They follow and threaten the families of the rape victims, do not allow them to take long trips, and have blocked their gates overnight for the past several days.

They held a meeting of CCP secretaries and village heads in all of Dongchengfang. They announced that Hebei Province Police Department has offered a one hundred thousand yuan reward to help find the two escaped victims. Officials are trying to deny the rapes, extort an additional four thousand yuan, and send them to forced labor.

The Officials are willing to spend as much as necessary to locate two witnesses, Mr. Wang and Ms. Qu, so that they can try to force them to make false statements. They want them to say that they were never separated from the two rape victims, which would indicate that the rapist policeman, He Xuejian, never took the victims away privately, and hence, that the rapes never happened. Officials have threatened other Falun Dafa practitioners' families, and promised that they would give back their extorted three thousand yuan, but never did.

On the afternoon of December 16, 2005, Xituan Village broadcast through its speaker system that the rape victims both have registered letters to be picked up. People revealed that the letters were from the Procuratorate, but were not clear what were they were about.
