1. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Yan Zhonghua in Critical Condition at Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center
Five or six Dafa practitioners are currently detained at Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. The center was set up in the Guanai School of Fushun City. They take turns torturing Dafa practitioners who refuse to write the so-called three statements by denying them sleep, and other forms of ""mental punishment. Each Dafa practitioner is detained in a separate cell, with iron-barred windows. Every cell is monitored 24 hours a day by a separate guard, and is kept locked around the clock. ,The center is more strictly guarded than an ordinary jail, with a huge guard dog in the yard.
The head of the center is named Wu Wei. Another woman whose surname is Chen also actively participates in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. They force practitioners to slander Teacher and Dafa, and blackmail the workplaces of practitioners by forcing those employers to hand over 5000 yuan ()of ""brainwashing fees" to the center. They force-feed Dafa practitioners who go on hunger strikes to protest the persecution by sticking feeding tubes in their noses. Dafa practitioner Yan Zhonghua from Yitong County, Jilin Province, was violently force-fed. Her health has been severely damaged, and her abdominal organs are in extreme pain. She has swelling all over her body, her eyes are dull, and her mind is not clear. However, the brainwashing center refuses to release her. Yan Zhonghua's life is now in great danger.

2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Zhou Daqing Taken to the Brainwashing Center in the Law Study Center of Hubei Province
At 8:30 p.m. on December 12, 2005, Mr. Zhou Daqing was forcibly taken from his workplace to the brainwashing center in the "Law Study Center of Hubei Province". He had just taken off his jacket and was preparing to operate on a patient. At once, the 610 Office staff of Anlu City, Hubei Province, the police, Shi Fabing (the Party secretary of Puai Hospital), Xu Danian (deputy secretary of the Puai Hospital), and Nie Yuanbo (the director of Puai Hospital), suddenly appeared and took him away to the brainwashing center. They ,have refused to allow his family to go and visit him.
Zhou Daqing has been working in the clinical department of Puai Hospital ever since he graduated from the university. He started practicing Falun Gong in 1995. Since the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, he has suffered from police raids, fines, interrogations, illegal detention, and other forms of persecution. His family has also been implicated by the persecution.
3. [Luohe, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Hu Yanmei Is Arrested for Clarifying the Facts
Luohe Dafa practitioner Ms. Hu Yanmei runs a clinic alongside National Road 107. On the night of December 10, 2005, the Internet police tracked her down while she was using the Internet to clarify the facts about Dafa. They raided her home, confiscated her Dafa books and arrested her. Ms. Hu is currently held at the Luohe Detention Center.
4. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Feng Guirong Sentenced to 18 Months of Forced Labor
Kaifeng Dafa practitioner Ms. Feng Guirong was arrested on December 6, 2005 by the Kaifeng 610 Office and has been detained at the Xiguan Detention Center in Qi County. On December 8, she was given an 18-month labor camp sentence and sent to the Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zhengzhou City.
5. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Zhu Yan Taken to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp for 18 Month Sentence
On October 12, 2005, Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhu Yan from Gangyao Town, Longtan District, Jilin City was arrested by Gangyao police and sent to the No. 3 Detention Center of Jilin. She was held in the center for more than ten days and later sentenced to 18 months at a forced labor camp. Although physical examination showed that she was not healthy enough to be sent to the labor camp, she was nonetheless sent to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City.
6. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Wang Yunduo Detained at Pingliang Prison
Mr. Wang Yunduo, 62, is a retired worker of the No. 2 Oil Extraction Factory of the Changqing Oil Field in Qingyang City, Gansu Province. In 2001, while distributing truth-clarifying materials with other practitioners, he was discovered. In order to attract the attention of those who were trying to capture them, he and another practitioner, Ms. Zhang Yulin, intentionally walked in another direction, so that other practitioners could have the opportunity to escape. As a result, the two of them were arrested, but the other seven or eight practitioners were able to escape. Ms. Zhang Yulin was later persecuted to death. Mr. Wang Yunduo was sentenced to eight years and was transferred from Lanzhou Prison to Pingliang Prison in 2003. He is now jailed in Area 1 of the Pingliang Prison.
7. [Xichang, Sichuan Province] Eight Practitioners in Leibo County Sentenced to Prison
The following eight Xichang Dafa practitioners detained in Leibo County were recently sentenced to prison by Leibo County Court in Liangshang:

Sun Yongde: 2 years (reprieved for 3 years):
Lu Zhengguo: 3 years (reprieved for 2 years);
Luo Ruiqing: 2 years (reprieved for 2 years);
Wang Degui: 2 years (reprieved for 2 years);
Yang Yucheng: 3 years (reprieved for 2 years).
8. [Guizhou] Mr. Chen Defu Arrested for Giving the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to Village Committee Member
Mr. Chen Defu, 58, lives in Yonghe Town, Fenggang County in Guizhou. He had been illegally detained in a forced labor camp for two years and suffered all sorts of inhumane torture there.
At about 10:00 p.m. on October 9, 2005, someone called him and said that they needed some medicine from him. Upon opening the door, Chen Defu saw about ten policemen from the Yonghe Police Station of Fenggang Public Security Bureau. They searched his home, arrested him and took away all of his Dafa books and other materials. He was then sent to the detention center of the public security bureau. Later on it was discovered that it was the village committee member Ren Chengjun who had reported him to the police after being given a copy of the Nine Commentaries.

9. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Li Dekuan Arrested
On December 9, 2005, police from the Xinnong Village Police Station in Jiaohe City, Jilin Province led the way as police from the Public Security Bureau of Jiaohe City also came to take away Dafa practitioner Li Dekuan. At that time Li had been staying with his sister to help her drill a well. The police trapped Li Dekuan by asking him to go home. After they found three CDs( in Li's home), they arrested him and took him to the police station. ,Li has been detained there ever since.
