(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Ms. Zhao Huanping from Baixiang County, Hebei Province has been detained, arrested, and otherwise harassed because she practices Falun Dafa. On October 31, 2005, she was arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials in the market. She was sent to a brainwashing center in Xingtai City, Hebei Province. This is the second time that she has been sent to the brainwashing center.
