Exposing Inhuman Torture at Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) The guards at Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province are torturing Falun Dafa practitioners by force-feeding them with feces, stuffing their mouths with a wire bit (as on a horse bridle) and inciting criminal prisoners to brutally abuse them. The director has ordered the deprivation of all visits to Falun Dafa practitioners in attempts to prevent the labor camp's crimes from being exposed to the world.

The "bit" is a method of torture used at Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp. To prevent practitioners from shouting "Falun Dafa is good!" the police invented a new torture instrument called "the bit." It works by encircling the practitioner's head or neck with a heavy-gauge metal wire loop and then inserting a wire end into the practitioner's mouth. The perpetrators then place this wire-end down the practitioner's throat. Then they use a string to tie the wire enclosure to the back of the head, securing it into position. Shortly after being subjected to this kind of torture, the "gag reflex" is triggered, and the victims experience sudden, extreme nausea.

Below is an example of the persecution that occurred in 2005 at Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp:

By the end of the 2005 Chinese New Year on February 9, labor camp guards had brutally beaten Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Chai Lianbao and Mr. Luo Hongdong for three entire days for refusing to give up their faith in Falun Gong. The guards constructed two "bits" with the wire that had previously been used to unblock the toilets, and forcibly inserted the wire-ends into the practitioners' mouths. The practitioners are still being subjected to severe torture, even now.

In April 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Qi Mingli was beaten for three days for practicing the Falun Dafa exercises. Then the guards cuffed his hands to a metal frame behind the back, and forced him to remain standing for a long period of time. He got scabies all over his body as a result of the inhuman treatment. The guards directed other prisoners to pour water over his body, which made the scabies even worse. He has been forced to sit in the tiny cell for ten hours per day without being allowed to move. When Mr. Qi Mingli entered the Camp, he weighed 200 pounds, but he now weighs only 110 pounds.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Guo Wei has also been tied to a metal frame for three straight days.

The guards openly told the prisoners that they were permitted to beat Falun Dafa practitioners without incurring responsibility for any consequences. For each Falun Dafa practitioner that a prisoner helped to successfully brainwash, his term would be reduced by ten days. Consequently, prisoners often force-feed chili water to Falun Dafa practitioners who have refused to accept the brainwashing, pinching the practitioners' noses hard while doing so. When they force-feed Falun Dafa practitioners, they add more than one pound of salt into the water; sometimes they also add human feces.
