New Zealand: Falun Gong Wins Award in Auckland Christmas Parade (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 26, 2005, Howick, the largest district in
the Auckland Metro area, held a Christmas parade. Recently, the results were
published and Falun Gong won third place for "Best Parade Group." This is the first time that Falun Gong has won a prize in this affluent
community of families from Hong Kong and Taiwan. In the local newspaper an article called the Falun Gong group, "Colorful
Falun Dafa." In this parade, the Falun Gong group included a waist drum
team with golden yellow suits, a colorful Chinese national costumes team, a
heavenly maidens team, and a westerner and little practitioners demonstrating
exercises on the float. They received a warm welcome from the spectators.
