(Clearwisdom.net) Despite cold temperature, Falun Gong practitioners in Helsinki gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2005 to strongly condemn the rape of women Falun Gong practitioners by policeman He Xiujian of Zhuozhou, Hebei Province, China on Nov. 25. At 2 p.m. on November 25, policeman He Xuejian raped fifty-one-year-old Liu Jizhi and forty-two-year-old Han Yuzhi during their interrogation and detention at the Dongchengfang Township Police Station, Zhuozhou, Hebei Province. The incident took place during the UN Special Rapporteur's visit to China.

Falun Gong practitioners said other rapists in policemen's uniforms like He Xiujian have been discovered during the systematic persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime. It is a humiliation of humanity that such crimes are ignored. Practitioners call on the international community to help stop the on-going brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China. Rapist He Xiujian should be punished. Major perpetrators such as Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang should be brought to justice.

Falun Gong practitioners also read the "Falun Dafa Association Announcement" in Chinese, English and Finnish. Published on Oct. 9, 2005, the announcement stated, "From today on, overseas Falun Gong practitioners will file civil or criminal lawsuits against all important government or CCP officials who participate in or continue to implement the persecution of Falun Gong and as a result, commit new crimes in addition to those they have already perpetrated against Falun Gong."

Falun Gong practitioners stated that the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the repression of Truth, Compassion and Forbearance cost huge amounts of money, labor and materials in China. It has not only trampled on laws, but also hurt all the Chinese people. It is everyone's responsibility to stop the persecution, especially for government officials. They hoped that the CCP officials who have conducted wrongdoings would take this opportunity to stop committing crimes. Falun Gong practitioners called on officials of the Chinese embassies and consulates to convey the announcement to those in China and to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China and overseas.

Falun Gong practitioners hope their fellow Chinese working in embassies and consulates will be aware that history is bound to abandon the CCP, and heaven will punish the criminals. Those who do not stop implementing Jiang's persecution policy before it is too late, will certainly not have a bright future.
