Belated Report: Four Senior Falun Dafa Practitioners from Heilongjiang Province Died as a Result of Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Liu Yujie, 65, was a resident at the Forestry Bureau of Wumahe, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. In 1994, Ms. Liu attended the 9-session Falun Gong lectures taught by Teacher Li. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, she went to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested and detained for over 20 days. The persecutors also ransacked her home and extorted money from her multiple times. In June 2000, the perpetrators arrested and detained Ms. Liu again. Her family members expended much effort to have her released. After her release, the persecutors still threatened and harassed her, which affected her physical and mental health. Ms. Liu Yujie died on January 5, 2001.

Mr. Liu Chenglin was a 64 year old retired official. Before his retirement, he was a judge of Wumahe District Court, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. Mr. Liu began to practice Falun Gong in 1997. Within a short time, all of his diseases disappeared without his having to take any medication. Because he spoke out on behalf of Falun Dafa, the persecutors abducted him and ransacked his home on January 22, 2000. He was put under detention and suffered cruel mental torture. This upright judge was deeply hurt both mentally and physically. He passed away in mid-March 2000.

Ms. Wang Zhongxin was a 55-year-old retired worker and a resident of Yingchun, Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province. Between the year 2000 and 2003, the persecutors ransacked her home, harassed her, and took her many times to brainwashing centers to persecute her. The persecution seriously hurt Ms. Wang's body and mind. She passed away on October 8, 2003.

Ms. Lin Shiying was 70 years old. She was a resident in Yingchun, Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province. Ms. Lin refused to give up her belief under the brutal persecution of Jiang's regime. She died on October 30, 2003.
