(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Qu Baifu was seventy-nine years old, a Falun Dafa practitioner who lived in Kuiying Street, Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. After July 20, 1999, Jiang ordered the 610 Office to systematically follow his genocidal policy to "ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically." Police repeatedly came to his home to harass and threaten him. They ransacked his house looking for Falun Dafa material.
