I Always Treat Myself as a "Fa-Rectification Disciple"

(Clearwisdom.net) I had high blood pressure as well as heart and breathing problems for 11 years before I started practicing Falun Dafa. At one point, it was so serious that I was bedridden and unable to care for myself for 15 straight days. On December 28, 1998, I began to learn Falun Dafa and practice the exercises. I have been a healthy person ever since.

On July 20, 1999, the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners began. Since my house was a group practice site, the Public Security Department and the local Public Security Station dispatched people to ransack my house in December of that year. They took away all of my Falun Dafa related books and materials. I happened to be out of town at the time, but from then on, I was at the top of the evildoers' "wanted list."

On July10, 2000, I went to Beijing to validate Dafa. I was arrested and sent to the Public Security Station at Tiananmen Square. Later I was transferred to a suburban prison. Wherever I went, I would clarify the truth to the people. On October 6, 2000, I took a banner bearing the Chinese characters for "Zhen, Shan, Ren" (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance) and went to Beijing again to validate Dafa. I returned home without any trouble. When the Public Security Department and the Public Security Station learned of my activities, they planned to arrest me, but failed.

When I am validating Dafa and clarifying the truth, I always treat myself as a "Fa-rectification disciple." On July 30, 2003, when Security Staff from the National Security Branch of the Public Security Department came to search my residence, they found the Minghui Weekly as well as other truth-clarification documents. As a result, they sent me to a detention center. In the detention center, I clarified the truth about Falun Dafa to other inmates and staff members, and also started a four-day hunger strike to show my resistance. With the power of Falun Dafa, Teacher's protection and also my family's resistance to the evil forces, I came out of the detention center free and clear in seven days. When they asked me to write the "guarantee statement," I said, "Our Teacher wants us to become good people, ever self-improving people. I am following a righteous path, what do you want me to write about?" Later on, they said to me, "All right, just forget about the statement. But, from now on, you can only do the exercises in your own home and don't participate in Falun Dafa conventions." I said, "You can rest assured, whatever I do will be good deeds, I will never do anything that is not virtuous!" After returning home, I realized that the public security department had extorted 2000 yuan from my family that they said was a "security deposit."

I have to follow a righteous path during my cultivation so that I will not betray our Teacher's merciful care. I should always regard myself as a "Fa-rectification disciple" while I am accomplishing my historical missions and fulfilling my pre-historical vows. At present, I try to do the "three things" diligently. As far as Fa-study and practicing the exercises is concerned, I have been doing the exercises everyday as well as reading one to three lectures. I have not missed practicing the exercises or studying the Fa for a single day in the past six years. As of now, I have already read through Zhuan Falun more than three hundred times. Every day, I treat my Fa-study as a serious issue with the highest priority. As far as sending forth righteous thoughts is concerned, I do it four times a day. Sundays, I also do the send forth righteous thoughts at 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 A.M. respectively. In addition I send forth righteous thoughts at 9:00 P.M. for our local area, and my wife and I have decided to do them once more each day at 5:00 A.M. In all, I do them at least six times every day, and I have not missed a single day. As far as truth-clarification and saving people is concerned, I have been trying to pass out flyers, CDs and other such truth-clarification materials to people. In the urgency of this special period of time, I am trying to save as many people as possible. Many people around me have personally witnessed the physical changes that happened to me after starting my practice of Falun Gong, so it is relatively easy for them to accept me when I approach them to talk about the truth of Falun Dafa. They all come to understand the true nature of Falun Dafa and know that "Falun Dafa is good," and that "Zhen, Shan, Ren" can raise the moral standards of the people in this world. People I clarify the truth to also come to realize the extent of the persecution on Falun Dafa and its practitioners.

In his lecture "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 International Fa Conference in New York (Questions & Answers Section, Part II)," Teacher says,

"A being will be whatever is contained in his head, and both for a being who is to be eliminated and one who is to have things end well for him, it will be over instantly in one pass."

In the current short and urgent period of time, we really should do our best to clarify the truth to the public so that every single savable sentient being will have the chance to learn about the Dafa and clear away the poison generated by all the evil and slanderous propaganda.
