Chen Haotian is an 11-year-old Dafa disciple who lives in Chongqing City. He attends elementary school in Yangjiaping, where his academic performance in his 5th grade class is excellent. After July 20, 1999, Haotian's parents were both persecuted because they practice Falun Dafa. His parents are currently serving extended unlawful jail terms. His father was sentenced to jail in Chongqing Prison, and his mother, Yongchuan Women's Prison.
Haotian's father, Chen Qi, learned Falun Dafa in 1994. He used to be the manager of a state-owned company in Chongqing City. In late October of 2000, police officers arrested Mr. Chen when he was validating Dafa and clarifying the truth. He was unlawfully sentenced to 12 years in jail. At present, Mr. Chen is being detained and tortured in the Second Jail of Chongqing City.
Haotian's mother, Wang Lan, 39, was arrested by the police in December 2000 while delivering truth-clarifying materials in Chongqing City. She was unlawfully sentenced to 7 years in prison. Currently, she is suffering torture in Yongchuan Prison in Chongqing City.
At present, little Haotian lives with his grandparents who are nearly 80 years old. Haotian's grandparents are in poor health, but they still need to take Haotian to prison to visit his parents often. Under the terrorism of the Chinese Communist regime, little Haotian leads a difficult life. Year after year Haotian suffers without his parents to care for him, but he endures with his firm and righteous belief in Dafa and Master Li.
