(Clearwisdom.net) The persecution of Falun Dafa has been ongoing in China for more than five years. At the same time, Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China and around the world have worked hard to let people see the truth behind this inhuman tragedy. Furthermore, during the past five years of human rights violations, Falun Gong practitioners have continued to live by the teachings of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, even when facing the most horrific brutality in Chinese labor camps and prisons. Their courage and the injustice suffered by them are now on display in a photo exhibition in the Helsinki city library during the next three weeks.

The exhibition has previously been displayed in many different libraries and galleries in Helsinki and the reactions from people have been both supportive and positive. People admire the photographs of big group exercise practices from China before 1999. After seeing pictures exposing the persecution inflicted upon Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese communist regime, many people voice their condemnation of the actions of former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin and his accomplices.

The exhibition outlines the history of Falun Dafa and explains in detail about the practice, as well as the benefits people have received such as increased mental and physical well-being. It puts forward reasons why the persecution happened, and shows the peaceful resistance and worldwide appeals for ending this serious human rights tragedy in China.
