People's Hearts Determine Their Future

I'm a Falun Dafa practitioner from Lingyuan City, Jilin Province. My older brother is 57 years old, strong and healthy. Because he had been deceived by the propaganda against Falun Dafa fabricated by Jiang's regime, my brother would often denounce Dafa and tear up Dafa flyers. In 2003, he became very ill with diabetes. Cerebral thrombosis made his legs hurt when he walked. He lost his teeth and could not see clearly. His life was hard before and turned even worse with all these illnesses. Once healthy and vigorous, suddenly my brother could not do anything. His illnesses grew worse, and no treatment helped.

One day my brother came to my house and I asked him, "Brother, how have you been doing lately?"

He responded, "My life is over. I'm going to die. There is no way to save me."

I said, "There's only one way to save you. Nothing else will work."

Before his illness, my brother was energetic and spoke in a deep voice. As he spoke now, his voice was small and weak. He said, "No. There is no way."

I said, "Today let me speak to you frankly. In the past, you have hated Falun Dafa. You've torn up Falun Dafa's flyers. I repeatedly tried to persuade you not to, but you would not listen. Now you are being punished for your actions."

As he had done in the past, I expected him to argue with me. But he didn't say a word. I went on, "How about this: From the bottom of your heart, repent your actions before a picture of Master Li and promise never again to damage Dafa. If you are serious and sincere, Master Li is so compassionate that he will help you."

Four or five days later, my brother visited me again. He was full of energy and his voice was once more strong and deep. I commented on the change in his appearance. He said, "Well, of course. I did what you suggested. Otherwise, I didn't think I'd get my health back."

My elder brother's health continues to improve. Once more he can do everything, and now he tells everyone he meets that Falun Dafa is good and amazing.

Punishment for the police chief of the Dawenzi Town Police Station in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province

Li Quanzhong was the police chief of the Dawenzi Town Police Station in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Since July 20, 1999, he has closely followed the direction of the Jiang regime and persecuted Falun Gong. He instructed his subordinates to search practitioners' homes for Dafa books, confiscate their property, abduct them, beat them and torture them. During his term, seven practitioners were sent to labor camps and more than ten were fined and detained. Practitioners repeatedly clarified the truth about Falun Gong to him, but he wouldn't listen. In 2003, he was diagnosed with hepatitis B and has not been able to work since then. In September 2004, he lost his position as the head of the police station.

A case of karmic retribution for doing evil in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province

Li Yanfeng, 48, lives in Goumenzi Town, Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province. While he was deputy director of the Siguanyingzi Town Police Station in Lingyuan City, he followed the Jiang Zemin regime closely. Along with Fu Junqing, the head of the police station, and Guo Lijun, he viciously persecuted Falun Gong in the town. He searched their homes, confiscated their property, detained them at the police station, and sent them to labor camps. In 2004, he had a stroke. Since then, he has been paralyzed and bedridden.
