(Clearwisdom.net) Through their collective efforts, Ukrainian Falun Gong practitioners successfully held a painting exhibition entitled, "The Journey of Compassion." This exhibition included pieces by internationally-acclaimed artists, paintings by Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Cuiying, pictures of Falun Gong spreading throughout the world, and other practitioners' works of art. Practitioners also gave out many invitations, held a "Petals of Peace" activity during the exhibition, held a nine-day lecture seminar for both new and veteran practitioners to watch Master Li's lecture series, and collected signatures on a petition calling for an end to the persecution. As a result of this activity, many people who learned the truth of Falun Dafa signed a petition to support practitioners and to condemn the persecution of Falun Dafa taking place in China. Many people were very interested in the folded paper lotus flowers which practitioners had made. Both adults and children wanted to learn how to make the lotus flowers themselves, and then they went to the Petals of Peace activity.
During the exhibition, practitioners introduced the paintings to the exhibition audience. Many people came to hear about Falun Dafa at this event.
