Explanation: I'm a Dafa practitioner in Mainland China and I know nothing about photography. The "Notice on Collecting Photographs of Falun Dafa Practitioners Validating the Fa" at Minghui Net reminded me of several Dafa practitioners that I know who have been forced into homelessness to avoid persecution.

Still, they have been quietly doing things to save sentient beings. One of them was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor and later walked out of the labor camp with dignity. He has lived away from home now for the three years, and he is wanted by the provincial police. Even so, he has never stopped even for one day doing various things to validate the Fa. Another practitioner was illegally incarcerated in a notorious forced labor camp for three years and detained for an extended period of time after his term was due. He was later released and returned home after developing symptoms of severe illness. He has been doing Dafa work ever since, and has never withdrawn, even though he is wanted and pursued by the police.

Two more practitioners are a couple who have both suffered severe persecution. Under the lawless authorities' repeated harassment, they left their child, who is in primary school, with his grandmother. The couple left home and set up a Dafa truth-clarifying materials production site, and are currently providing materials to practitioners in nine nearby townships. They buy the raw materials, and then print, bind and send the finished products to designated places. They discuss and exchange understandings and experiences with practitioners in these townships every week. The overall situation of the areas they cover is very good.

These practitioners are very frugal. They live in old, low-rent housing. The four photos show the residence of one practitioner.

"Outer room 1" shows the only cooker and a wooden board for cutting vegetables. Covered with a cloth beside the stove are a kitchen knife and scoop, and half of a Chinese cabbage. The foods they eat all year long are Chinese cabbage, potatoes, beans and eggplants.

In the photo "Outer room 2," placed at the upper side against the wall are washing powder, soap, detergent and a box used for brushing teeth. On the floor are a washbasin, water jar, coal, and washing board.

"Inner room 1" and "Inner room 2" were taken from different angles, but the content is the same. From "Inner room 1," you can see a low window covered with a plastic cloth to keep out the cold in winter. "Inner room 2" shows a second-hand Canon 830 Laser printer, and a second-hand IBM 600E notebook computer placed on a paper box to make it easier to use.
