More Public Officials Receive Karmic Retribution Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners

Since Liu Jingwei was the director of the political and security office, he has always been involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners, including illegally arresting Dafa practitioners, holding brainwashing classes and also beating practitioners with wet towels. After his deeds were exposed on Clearwisdom.net, overseas practitioners called his home asking him to stop the torture. His wife also persuaded him not to continue these evil deeds. He did not listen, but also claimed in the brainwashing classes: "You even called my wife and threatened that I would suffer retribution. Now show me the retribution!" Soon after this, Liu had two car accidents while driving. One time his car hit another car. Another time he was driving while drunk and his car hit and caused the death of an elderly woman. He paid 80,000 to 90,000 yuan, but he still did not awaken. Later he developed a disease of the throat and now suffers glandular cancer.

Zhao Yufan was forty-three years old. He was initially a policeman in then Changqing security office of Baicheng City, Jilin Province and later was promoted to director of the Pingan Town security office. Since July 20^th of 1999, he has followed Jiang's regime to persecute Dafa practitioners: searching for Dafa books, confiscating practitioners' ID card and arresting Dafa practitioners...

In the winter of 2004, Zhao Yufan died at the scene of a car accident. The other people in the car all survived.

Since July 20^th of 1999, Huang Dingshan, the former director of Yiling area first detention center in Yichang City, Hubei Province, has followed Jiang's regime to persecute Dafa practitioners. He has confiscated and destroyed Dafa books and articles belonging to detained practitioners. He also tortured practitioners using methods such as having practitioners sit on tires, grabbing their hair and striking their heads against the wall, and putting handcuffs and shackles on them. Some practitioners have been handcuffed and shackled for as long as sixteen days.

Now Huang Dingshan has been diagnosed with late stage liver cancer.

Shan Chengqiang was the assistant director of Hailin detention center. He has ruthlessly tortured Dafa practitioners using methods that include beating practitioners, forcing them to stand up for a long time as punishment and using various instruments to physically torture them. For example, Wang Fang, who was tortured to death later, was once beaten on the soles of her feet with plastic tubing, causing excruciating pain. In December when the weather was very cold, he poured cold water on practitioner Lin Chunzi in the yard of the detention center, causing her feet to freeze to the ground.

In the fall of 2004, Shan Chengqiang was jailed for his involvement in a fraud case.

Li Xiaofu was the director of the Hailin City second detention center. He held a hostile attitude toward Dafa and often insulted Teacher and Dafa. He brutally tortured Dafa practitioners. All practitioners detained there were ruthlessly beaten, tortured, humiliated and insulted by him. He was eventually fired for his involvement in a criminal case.
