(Clearwisdom.net) In 2001, a detention center in a city in Hebei Province was very vicious in its persecution of Falun Dafa. Over 500 practitioners were jailed there. Many of them yielded to the intense pressure and brainwashing when they could not read Falun Dafa books and were cut off from other practitioners. A practitioner on the outside who heard about this was determined to do something about it. He wanted to help the detained practitioners awaken and come back to Falun Dafa.

One day, this practitioner went to the detention center to post truth clarification materials and was arrested and taken into the detention center. Inside the detention center, he used every opportunity to talk to practitioners about Teacher's new articles, the progress of the Fa-rectification, news from Minghui.org [the Chinese version of Clearwisdom] and the situations of other practitioners. Many practitioners awakened. They spread the word, shared experiences and improved together as one body. They held three large-scale experience sharing meetings right under the noses of the guards. As a result, some 500 practitioners realized the true nature of the evil and felt the profoundness of Falun Dafa and Teacher's mercy. They came back to Falun Dafa.

One time, all the practitioners had to stand in lines while representatives from the 610 Office, Public Security Bureau, and the detention center lectured them. As soon as the lectures started, one practitioner boldly declared, "What I said and wrote against Falun Dafa and Teacher were all wrong. I declare it all void." Then a second practitioner did the same, then a third, a fourth, and a fifth. All 500 of them made such declarations. The assembly became an occasion for solemn declarations. The officials were very shocked. They begged the practitioners, "Stop it. Stop it. Please. Do I have to get down on my knees? We will pass this on to the higher authorities." The assembly was terminated. Several days later, all the practitioners were released.

In 2001, the evil was still rampant. However, practitioners with righteous thoughts have disintegrated the persecution. It has been over five years now and a lot of evil has been eliminated. As long as we act together righteously and do the three things steadfastly, whatever the evil does to practitioners can only accelerate its own disintegration.
