1. Accepting Fellow Practitioners' Criticism

Some practitioners only like to hear pleasant words. This is what a cultivator must relinquish. Otherwise, this attachment will lead to problems, as it does among non-practitioners.

Frank advice is sometimes painful to hear. However, if practitioners accept and cherish the opinions of other practitioners, they will benefit from it. Certainly, the practitioners who make such critical remarks must cultivate themselves, and they shouldn't think too highly of themselves when their opinion turns out to be right. Another thing to consider is that all of this practitioner's opinions may not be correct, and one has to look at each thing on its own. In addition, if a practitioner's method of conveying the message is not compassionate, then he or she needs to look for the underlying attachments and work on them. If there is a lack of compassion when being frank with another practitioner, this can create barriers.

2. Pointing Out Fellow Practitioners' Attachments

After noticing fellow practitioners' attachments, some practitioners, due to mentalities of saving face or the sentimentality of not wanting to hurt others with their words, do not speak up and remain silent. This is not being responsible to Dafa, the fellow practitioners, or to one's own cultivation. The attachments that some fellow practitioners surrender to are also living beings, which are just like parasites in other dimensions. Should we approve of other practitioners just because we are afraid to hurt them, even if we know it is ultimately not good for them? We should be responsible and point out fellow practitioners' attachments in a timely fashion. This will help us relinquish the attachment to sentimentality, and also aid the other practitioner in relinquishing their attachment, thus benefiting oneself and others simultaneously. We hope that all practitioners will offer honest opinions to fellow practitioners frankly and compassionately.

I realized that from a certain perspective, the whole body of Falun Dafa practitioners is just like a clock, and the relationship between fellow practitioners is like the interaction of the gears. If one of the gears has problems, the motion of the nearby gears will be influenced, which also directly influences the operation of the whole clock.

The process of fellow practitioners pointing out attachments to each other is an essential aspect that helps Falun Dafa practitioners cultivate as a whole body.
