More Information about the Torture Death of Falun Dafa Practitioner He Wenjie in Yanqi, Xinjiang Autonomous Region


(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. He Wenjie was around 30 years of age and lived in Yanqi County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. He went to Beijing to appeal in 1999. After he returned to Yanqi County, Liu Peilin from the Yanqi County Police Department and Li Dong, Secretary of the Yanqi County Politics and Law Committee, illegally detained and sentenced him to four years of forced labor. On April 13, 2003, he was tortured to death at Sishiliting Forced Labor Camp in the Kuerle area in Yanqi County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
