Facts of the Persecution of Practitioners in Suining City, Sichuan Province During the Past Two Years (Clearwisdom.net)
Dafa practitioners Tan Xiaorong, Zhang Zhijun, Hu Shicai, Xiao Yunqiang, Quan Xuejun, and many others from Suining City, Sichuan Province have all been illegally arrested by Chinese government officials. Zhang Zhijun was imprisoned in the Lingquansi detention center and tortured by means of force-feeding after a two-week hunger strike. Every day he called out loudly, "Falun Dafa is good!" Then he was dragged to an isolated area in the mountains nearby and beaten mercilessly by armed guards. Li Shuzhen was forced to kneel down and kicked and slapped in the face twice by a guard named Jiang Qiong. Tan Xiaorong was handcuffed and hung up for three days straight without being allowed to close her eyes once. When the guards saw her eyes shut they beat her until she was bleeding profusely. Guo Dingmin was also handcuffed and hung for three days straight.
Wen Juping from Chengdu was imprisoned in an emergency housing and brainwashing center. Wu Yang from Chengdu was detained in a drug rehabilitation center. The current status of He Zubing and Guo Runsheng remain unclear. Quan Hui, from Pengxi City, was imprisoned in the Chengbei Drug Rehabilitation Center.
On the morning of November 29, 2004, Dafa practitioners Wang Guoqi (67 years old) and Zhou Zhihua (60 years old) were arrested. At noon of the same day, Guo Dingmin (40 years old), Zhang Zhijun, Wu Yang, He Zubing and Guo Runsheng were also arrested at another location. Wen Juiping was arrested at Beiba. Tan Xiaorong, 38, was arrested at Beimen. Hu Shicai and Xiao Yunqiang from Hengshan were arrested on their way to a Dafa materials production center.
Zhou Zhihua and Wang Guoqi, a couple from Chongqing, were sentenced to three-year prison terms. Zhang Zhaojing was sentenced to a two-year term in a forced labor camp; Lu Yanfei, a three-year term. Yang Bing was sentenced to a nine-year prison term; Hu Kaiguo, a five-year term; Li Guangjin (from Chongqing), a seven-year term; Luo Xingquan, also a seven-year term; brothers Liu Hongjun and Liu Yun, three-years each; Wang Guohua and Xiang Changyin each received a four-year term; Wang Suying, a three-year term; Wang Jifang was sentenced to two years of forced labor for the second time; Lin Shuzhen, a three-year term in a forced-labor camp. Wu Qionghua (from Daying county) was sentenced to two years in a forced-labor camp. She was released after her husband paid sixty thousand yuan. Guo Dingmin was imprisoned in the Chengbei drug rehabilitation center. Zhang Zhenhua (from Da county) was sentenced to a five-year prison term. Wang Hongmei and Tang Deliang (a couple from Chongqing) were sentenced to a six-year prison term each.
Dafa practitioners Liang Qunying, Xiao Fengqiong and Zhang Yufen were arrested by police officers Chen Zhiquan, Peng Biao, Xiao Peng and Lin Bo, all from the sub-district police station on Zhenjiangsi Street, because these practitioners were clarifying the truth on Zhongsheng Street in Suining City on January 6, 2005. Then these practitioners were imprisoned in the Zhenjiang police station in the Chuanshan district of Suining City by Liu Huan. Zheng Yufen was detained in the Hengshan police station in Anju district, Suining City. She was not released until the police extorted five thousand yuan in cash from her family. Liang Qunying and Xiao Fenqiong are still being detained.
