International Art Exhibition Receives Positive Feedback in Taipei (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) An international art exhibition named "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," shown concurrently in many cities around the world, has received overwhelmingly positive feedback since it opened in Taipei in late February. This high-quality, significant exhibition will be extended to the end of March to serve more patrons.

The Public Benefits from the Extension

A gentleman who had visited the exhibition twice said that it was great. Now that it has been extended, his friend would be able to see it when he comes back from a trip. Three ladies saw the poster of the exhibition at Songshan and came immediately. They felt fortunate that the exhibition was still open. An older man from Keelung said that he hurried here because it was close to the end of the exhibition according to the flyer he saw. He was happy that it was still open.

"You Have to Come"

The people who had visited the exhibition helped spread the word, telling their neighbors, colleagues and friends about it. An older gentleman brought his grandson after visiting the exhibition by himself. A businessman who has business in mainland China was brought by his daughter. She told him, "You have to come. The Chinese Communist Party is so cruel! They forced Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief by pushing bamboo sticks into their fingers! You have to be careful next time you go there!" Some people took off from work to visit the exhibition. A lady said, "One of our good friends recommended it to us. It is shocking to know such cruel tortures still exist in this century."

People's Personal Experience

Many people shared their personal experience after seeing the torture shown in the paintings. A Catholic believer said, "The Chinese Communist Party persecutes all faiths. Many Catholic nuns had to flee China because of the persecution." A businessman said, "The CCP ignores the law. They took away one of my employees from work because he practiced Falun Gong. He never came back. I was so angry and couldn't do anything. I am so happy that your art exhibition can expose their brutality." An elderly gentleman said that he had never been back to mainland China since he left there in 1948 because his family lost contact with him after being exiled to Heilongjiang. He knows how cruel the CCP is to dissidents.

"We Want to Learn Falun Gong"

In addition to exposing the persecution, the art exhibition also showed the beauty of Falun Dafa. A man said, "There is an energy field here. I feel great!" A Buddhist was very fascinated by the painting showing a meditating lady with three flowers on top of her head. After browsing the collection, the Buddhist said, "I would like to learn Falun Gong." Some young people also wanted to learn Falun Gong and said they would go get a copy of Zhuan Falun right away.

Encouragement

Many patrons of the exhibition expressed their gratitude to the sponsor. A gentleman who regularly visits mainland China raised many questions. A Falun Gong practitioner answered them one by one. He said happily, "It is an exhibition of 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' and is true to its name! You are so patient in answering my harsh questions! I am impressed with your forbearance!" Another gentleman looked over the illustrations carefully and finally wrote on the signature book, "A single spark can start a prairie fire." He suggested that we show the exhibition to more people and said, "I am sure you will succeed!"
