Always Remember to Cultivate Ourselves and Harmonize Our Cultivation Environment

(Clearwisdom.net) Recently I have noticed the following phenomenon: whenever it is time to send forth righteous thoughts, some practitioners always do something else. For instance, at the moment for righteous thoughts, they visit each other's homes, go to pick up newspapers, make phone calls, or go out to take care of daily affairs, etc. I remind them as much as I can but still feel it is necessary to share with more practitioners my thoughts on this matter.

Another thing is that several practitioners have experienced interference in their physical bodies recently. The common response from other practitioners is to send forth righteous thoughts for the practitioners in trouble. However, I have some different opinions on this matter also.

In my view, sending forth righteous thoughts is part of the Fa, as well as part of the Fa-rectification cultivation of Dafa disciples. In other words, it should not be used as the last resort to solve the tough problems in our cultivation. Though we send forth righteous thoughts helps to solve these problems in cultivation, it is in fact the manifestation of the Fa. Moreover, in dealing with specific events and people, the effectiveness of sending righteous thoughts is closely related to the state of the specific cultivators involved.

If a practitioner does not pay attention to the cultivation process and doesn't actively send forth righteous thoughts during the times when all practitioners around the world are supposed to do it together as required by Teacher, what will happen if that person sends forth righteous thoughts only when he or she encounters interference? This practitioner might even complain that sending forth righteous thoughts cannot solve his or her problem. As I see it, this practitioner has failed to upgrade his or her xinxing through cultivation.

Reflecting on my own cultivation journey as the Fa-rectification has progressed to this extent, I am sad that my negligence in many areas has made it difficult for me to be able to satisfy the requirement of a Dafa disciple, no matter how hard I try to catch up with the progress of Fa-rectification.

Comparing the cultivation environment before and after the start of persecution, I find that we now have more and more meetings and more and more projects and discussions but fewer and fewer Fa studies and exercise practices and still fewer opportunities to share understandings of the principles of the Fa.

Cultivation is our own affair. When we fail to assimilate to the Fa for long periods of time, how can we talk about sharing our understandings of the Fa? If many practitioners in an area are in a bad state, how can we expect a good sharing of our understandings of the Fa?

Our cultivation state is of the utmost importance, and it is up to us to constantly improve it. Let us remember to always cultivate and improve, and harmonize our cultivation environment in the process.
