(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Xin Shuhua
Sentenced to Three Years of Forced Labor We recently received information that Dafa practitioner Ms. Xin Shuhua, an
employee of the Tonghua City Railroad Hospital, was arrested in November 2004
when clarifying the truth in Gangou, Tonghua County with several other
practitioners. She has been held at the Tonghua County Detention Center ever
since. Ms. Xin was brutally tortured because she refused to give her name to the
authorities and held a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention. She is
emaciated and suffering from severe tuberculosis. Her family requested her to be
released on medical parole but the authorities have refused. We were also told that practitioner Qu Xiaofei was sentenced to three years
in prison; Liu Xiaochun was sentenced to eight years in prison; Liu Fuquan was
sentenced to 11 years in prison; Li Haihong was sentenced to 13 to 15 years in
prison; Lu Hong and many other practitioners are still being held at the Tonghua
City Detention Center. 2. [Beijing] Practitioners Ta Yumin and Xu Maolan Arrested for Distributing
Truth Clarification Materials Police officers from the Haiding District arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Ta
Yumin and Ms. Xu Maolan from Asian Games Village on the evening of February 2,
2005, when they were distributing truth clarification materials. The police also
ransacked their home and sent them to the Qinghe Detention Center. 3. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Two Practitioners, including Ms. Tang
Xiqiong, Arrested When Distributing Truth Clarification Materials Ms. Tang Xiqiong is 64 years old and lives in Beijing. She went to her
hometown in Sichuan Province in November 2004 to clarify the truth about the
persecution of Falun Gong. Plainclothes police followed and arrested her when
she was distributing truth clarification materials in Santai County, Mianyang
City. Another practitioner, also from Beijing, was arrested along with her. They
are currently being held at the Santai Detention Center in Beijing. Phone number for the Santai County Detention Center: 86-816-5239620 4. [Lianyugang City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Ms. Du Xiuju Sentenced to
Three Years in Prison for Persisting in Falun Gong Practice Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Du Xiuju is a former teacher from the Technical
School in Lianyungang City. Perpetrators from the police department, the
"610 Office" and from the Xinnan Police Station arrested her for
refusing to give up Falun Gong. After more than five months of detention, she
was sentenced to three years in prison and was sent to the Nanjing Prison on
January 26, 2005. Practitioners Jiao Jiaqian, Liu Shuye, Yu Yao, Zhongchong Gaobing and others
are still being detained. 5. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Officers From the Sandaohezi Police
Station Extort Money and Take Personal Belongings From Dafa Practitioners At 7:00 a.m. January 26, 2005, perpetrators from the Sandaohezi Police
Station including deputy head Yang Guimin, political head Zhang Jinxiu, Wang
Dali in charge of household registration and driver Li Gang arrested
practitioners Ms. Zhu Fenglian and Ms. Guo Jifen at their home and took them to
the police station. They handcuffed the two practitioners to a metal bed. Zhang Jinxiu verbally
abused, threatened and interrogated them for over one hour. The practitioners'
families went to the police station to visit them. The perpetrators demanded
10,000 "Yuan" ransom for each
practitioner. Each family was forced to paid 4,000 Yuan and write an IOU for

Arrested Zou Yuxia, Gao Guiling and Niu Lijie and Sent Them to the Heizuizi
Forced Labor Camp In the evening on January 26, 2005, a group of police officers broke into Ms.
Zou Yuxia's home and arrested her and her husband, who is not a Falun Gong
practitioner. They also arrested practitioner Ms. Gao Guiling and sent her to a
detention center. The police arrested them because the two practitioners went to
the countryside to rent a car to transport Dafa materials clarifying the truth
about the persecution. Four officers from the Changhong Police Station ate and slept at Ms. Zou's
home for four to five days in order to arrest any practitioners who came to
visit her. Ms. Zou's family tried many times to drive the officers away. The
perpetrators wouldn't leave and even threatened to arrest her family. They
forced the family members to sign their names before they would let them leave,
saying they "interfered with the execution of public affairs." On February 5, the officers broke into practitioner Ms. Niu Lijie's home.
They arrested her and sent her, Ms. Zou Yuxia and Gao Guiling to the Heizuizi
Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Zou was sentenced to three years of forced labor, and Ms.
Niu and Gao Guiling were each sentenced to two years of forced labor. Because of
her poor physical health, the camp refused to accept Ms. Zou. The perpetrators
from the Daan "610 Office" and from the Political and Security Section
still refused to release her and held her in a dilapidated room in a custody
center. Ms. Zou's husband is being held at the Daan Detention Center. 7. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Zhou Jiankui Arrested When Clarifying the
Truth about Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhou Jiankui is 22 years old. He is employed by a biological
research company affiliated with the Xi'an Jiaotong University. Around February
2, 2005, he was arrested when clarifying the truth about Dafa. He is being held
at the Yanta Police Department, National Security Division, in Xi'an City and
his current situation is unknown. 8. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Guibin Sent to the
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Perpetrators from Yi County Railroad Police Station arrested practitioner Ms.
Li Guibin, 59 years old, from Yi County, Liaoning Province at 2:00 p.m. on
January 31, 2005 . They ransacked her home on February 1. She was first held at
the Yi County Detention Center and then sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
on February 4. 9. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Ma Chunli Held for over 50
Days Practitioner Ms. Ma Chunli was arrested on the street on December 14, 2004,
and has been held for over 50 days at the Dehui City Detention Center. She has
been on a hunger strike and is now at the brink of death. Her husband Mr. Sun
Qian was sentenced to 12 years in prison, and their six-year-old son Sun
Mingyuan is left home alone, uncared for. 10. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Xuesi Sentenced to Three
Years of Forced Labor after Recent Release Dafa practitioner Li Xuesi from Cangshan County, Linyi City used to work at a
police department. He was sentenced to two or three years of forced labor for
persisting in his belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance."
Soon after his release, his home was ransacked and he was sent directly to the
Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo for three years of forced labor. Liu Wenda, a retired worker from Cangshan County Court was also arrested. 11. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Personnel from the "610
Office" Arrested Four Falun Dafa Practitioners On January 30 and 31, 2005, perpetrators from the "610 Office"
arrested Ms. Lin Yanmei from Dianbai, Maoming City, Li Jianyu from Poxin Town,
Maogang District, Ms. Chen Weiping and Mr. Chen Binggang. Not long ago, the four
were arrested again by personnel from a local police precinct, but they were
unconditionally released and walked out with the power of their righteous
thoughts. 12. [Huazhou City, Guangdong Province] Local "610 Office" Personnel
Arrest Mr. Yang Yalan The local "610 Office" personnel searched Mr. Yang Yali's home
because he was distributing Falun Gong truth clarification materials. They
searched all three floors, but didn't find anything. The personnel from
"610 Office" took Mr. Yang away from home, and arrested his younger
sister Ms. Yang Yalan on their way back. Mr. Yang has been released, but no one
knows where Ms. Yang Yalan is. Mr. Yang had previously been arrested in 2002 and held in the Maoming
Brainwashing Center for over a year, but escaped with the power of righteous
thoughts. Related phone numbers: 610 Office: 86-668-73161610 13. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Police Arrest Mr. Chen Min On the evening of January 12, 2005, personnel from Fushun City's Police
Department arrested Mr. Chen Min, a worker at the First Petrochemical Factory of
Fushun. He is a Falun Gong practitioner from Haicheng Street in the Wanghua
District, Fushun City. The police confiscated a large amount of Falun Gong truth
clarification materials. After his arrest, Mr. Chen was first held in the Fushuncheng Police Precinct
in the Shuncheng District, Fushun City. It was reported that he would be sent

(office) Police Officer: Li Miao, 86-13942336767 (cell) 14. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Guiying Arrested at Qingyuan Ms. Liu Guiying, an employee who kept track of inventory at the Hongtoushan
Cooper Mine, Fushun City, has been to Beijing many times to validate Dafa and to
clarify the truth. For four years, she has been forced to stay away from home to
avoid persecution. On January 25, 2005, Ms. Liu was arrested at Qingyuan. The
police confiscated all of the equipment at the Falun Dafa materials production
site where they found her. 15. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Liguo and Ms. You Guoying
Were Sentenced to Five Years and Four and a Half Years, Respectively The authorities from the Xinqu Court in Wuxi City recently sentenced Mr. Wang
Liguo from Gongzhuling, Jilin Province and Ms. You Guoying to five years and
four and a half years, respectively. Mr. Wang is now incarcerated in the Wuxi
Prison. Ms. You Guoying is incarcerated in the Nanjing Women's Prison. 16. [Rongcheng, Shandong Province] Mr. Shen Zhijun, Mr. Shen Yanyong and Ms.
Xi Shuping Were Sentenced to Forced Labor Mr. Shen Zhijun, 40 years old, from Guanshentun in Lidao Town, Rongcheng
City, a teacher at the First Middle School in Rongcheng City, was sentenced to
three years of forced labor for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. Mr. Shen Yanyong, 35 years old, from Guojia Village of Lidao Town, Rongcheng
City, was sentenced to two years of forced labor for writing "Falun Dafa is
great" on telephone poles on December 11, 2004. Ms. Xi Shuping, 54 years old, from Dahuang Village in Xunshan, Rongcheng
City, was sentenced to three years for insisting on practicing Falun Gong. 17. [Dazu County, Chongqing ] Ms. Zhou Zhongxing Arrested for Distributing
Falun Gong Truth Clarification Materials Ms. Zhou Zhongxing, a retired worker from a subsidiary company of the
Educational Committee in Dazu County, Chongqing, previously served two forced
labor terms - in November 2000 and April 2002. Although she was severely
tortured many times and later released as "not guilty" in June 2004,
she was still kept under surveillance. In the early January 2005, Ms. Zhou was followed when distributing Falun Gong
truth clarification materials, and was arrested for the fourth time. 18. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Numerous Falun Dafa Practitioners
Were Sentenced Since July 2004, authorities from the "610 Office" in Lianyungang
City have arrested numerous practitioners who insisted on practicing Falun Dafa.
They were Ms. Du Xiuju, Liu Shuye, Liu Naihe, Ms. Niu Jinhua, Ms. Mu Qin and
others. Altogether, more then ten persons were placed in long-term detention and
sentenced to from three years to four years. 19. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Police Abduct Lu Hongwei for Clarifying
the Truth about Falun Gong On January 13, 2005, Mr. Lu Hongwei from Chifeng City in Inner Mongolia had
his home searched by the police fromof Wudan. Then the police put him directly
