The Persecution of Practitioner Shi Jing in Daqing Detention Center

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 11, 2004, a new Falun Dafa practitioner's face appeared in cell 407 in Daqing Detention Center. She was tall, slender and 36 years old, although she only looked like she was in her twenties. She was barefoot, had thin clothes on and was taken away within a few hours.

She was back on the eighth day, a completely different person • she needed support to walk. Her name is Shi Jing and she is a Falun Dafa practitioner. She worked in a Falun Dafa materials center. Because of betrayal, the information center was exposed, her fellow practitioners were arrested, and she was forced to wander around like a homeless person.

This was the third time that she was detained in a detention center. She was not fed or offered water while she was in the detention center. The so-called "interrogation" was to chain her on an iron chair, exerting cruel torture to interrogate her for seven days and seven nights straight, depriving her of sleep, toilet usage, etc.

The interrogator would apply mustard oil around her eyes and nose to keep her awake causing discoloring and swelling on her face; her feet were inflamed and swollen and she was cold to the touch all through her body except near her heart. With the exception of the interrogator's name, there was no physical recording of what took place during the seven days and nights of grilling. People could hear her clear call of "Falun Dafa is good!" while she was taken for force-feeding in the morning. Her resounding voice helped bolster the will of Falun Dafa practitioners and strengthened their righteous thoughts, frightened the evil force, and even caused the police officer with her at the time to spontaneously blurt out "Good! Good!"

During the time Shi Jing was detained in cell 407, she led Falun Dafa practitioners to recite Teacher's Hong Yin I and II. Her firm and solid faith in Teacher and Falun Dafa was evident. She was calm and held strong righteous thoughts and actions and fiercely resisted the evil environment.

Except for two unlawfully arrested practitioners, the center took the other 10 practitioners to Ha City Women's Forced Labor Camp on January 12. After physical examinations, the camp kept three of them and sent back the remaining 7 to Daqing Detention Center including Shi Jing, who is once again in cell 407.
