Steadfastly Trusting Teacher and Dafa, and Eradicating Persecution by the Dark Minions

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a 50-year-old farmer. I began my Falun Dafa cultivation in 1999. Dafa gave me a second life, and Teacher saved me from the brink of death.

I felt very sorry hearing that some practitioners died of illnesses, so I decided to write my experiences of struggling with the demons of illness and sending forth righteous thoughts to eradicate the evil of Communism. I hope that this can be a reference for my fellow practitioners to help them in their cultivation. This way we can march forward together on the path that Teacher has arranged for us and diligently carry out the three things.

One day at lunch in mid-April 2004, I suddenly had a stomachache. It got so bad that I was not able to work. An hour later I could not even sit. My spouse reminded me to reflect to see if I had done something wrong. But I thought that even if I had some deficiencies, the old forces had no right to harm me, and I needed to send forth righteous thoughts to eradicate the dark minions. So I sat up and began sending forth righteous thoughts. But my concentration only lasted for 3 to 5 minutes, and my pain did not lessen at all after about two hours. Rather, it got worse.

Thirty minutes later, my stomachache became extremely severe. It felt like all of my internal organs were in pain. I then realized that this was not intended for me to get rid of karma. Rather it was the old forces and dark minions persecuting me. I sent forth righteous thoughts lying on the bed to rid myself of dark minions and rotten demons. I recited Teacher's articles and kept reciting Dafa. After doing this for twenty minutes, suddenly all the pains disappeared. It was as though all the needles inside, as well as outside of me, that were harming me were suddenly gone. But I found that my body was no longer mine. I could not move my eyeballs. I could not feel the pain. Nor did I know any comfort. I was aware that I was lying there, and my mind had never been clearer of the fact that I was a practitioner. I believed that nothing would happen to me. I did not recognize any arrangements by the old forces. The Fa-rectification was still going on. As a practitioner, I knew I was responsible for saving sentient beings and that I would walk the path that Teacher has laid out for me.

I kept reciting the Fa, and in about 20 minutes, my whole body was healthy and comfortable again.

The torture of the illness was very painful. Why did it happen? I learned from studying the Fa afterwards that one reason it happened was that I thought that I had karma that needed to be repaid by suffering, and I was thus enduring it passively. The second reason was that I did not base my actions on the Fa and I ignored the dark minions. The third reason was that I did not work hard enough telling people the facts about Falun Gong. I was afraid, which let the dark minions find loopholes to exploit.

I hope that fellow practitioners can learn from my experiences and strengthen their righteous thoughts and actions.
