(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Gong practitioner in Beijing. After reading Teacher's articles "We Are Not 'Getting Political," "New Year's Greetings" and "Turning the Wheel Towards the Human World," I feel the urgency of time when thinking of so many people out there waiting to be saved. We must fully make use of every chance and use our time well to do the three things that Teacher has asked of us. During the process of clarifying the truth to save people, I realized that we should become what Teacher said,

"...through lessons learned they should become more rational and more clearheaded, and do things more righteously;" (from "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Chicago Conference")

The time is limited. We should be more clearheaded and never let ourselves become impatient. Only by doing the three things well can we fulfill our mission. Only then can we save so many sentient beings.

During the past month I tried to use every possible opportunity to clarify the truth to people by introducing them to the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party." I hoped that they would realize the evil nature of the Party and decide to resign from it. That would remove the "mark of the beast." People did not respond as I had hoped. I was disappointed and worried whenever I saw that they did not understand or were indifferent. I thought, "These people have been too poisoned." On the other hand, I remembered that teacher told us many times that nothing is accidental in cultivation and that all the things happening on the surface are caused by the state of our xinxing.

By my studying the Fa, Teacher helped me to understand that the reason people reacted to me this way was due to my strong attachment to time and to my impatience. I was only thinking about how to pull people out of the Communist Party, but I forgot to help people see and understand the truth on a deeper level. Like every other Chinese person in Mainland China, I have also been poisoned by the Party's culture all these years. I could not distinguish some of the CCP's notions and opinions that had been drilled into me through the years. This has made it difficult to get them out of my mind and heart. These notions and opinions can be taken advantage of when clarifying the truth to people. If a practitioner doesn't have strong righteous thoughts when encountering someone's rejection, then the practitioner will lack confidence in what he is doing. This will affect the results of clarifying the truth.

When I realized this problem and dug out the cause, I took more time to study the Fa and increased my frequency of sending forth righteous thoughts. I always keep a clear mind and approach truth clarification from different angles, based on people's individual backgrounds. After a while, the environment gradually changed, and people were not so afraid to hear me mention the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party." They have become more receptive. I will keep on doing well the three things that teacher requires to fulfill our mission.
