2. [Jinchang City, Gansu Province] Local Police Arrest Practitioner Ms. Wang Yueying
Practitioner Ms. Wang Yueying, 53 years old, lived on the fourth floor of the Erkou, Building 15, District 15, in Jinchang City. The police arrested her on March 26, 2005, in Hexibao. She is currently being held at a prison in Yongchang County.
3. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Wen Shuqin Brutally Beaten and Shocked with Electric Batons at the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp - Died on September 3, 2001
Practitioner Ms. Wen Shuqin, 50 years old, moved to Yanji City from Wangqing County, Jilin Province. She was brutally beaten at the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City, which left a large scar on her neck. Several days later she had symptoms of breast cancer. After she was released on medical parole, the police harassed her at her home. Once, the police broke into her home trying to take her son away, which caused her great stress that exacerbated her condition. She passed away on September 3, 2001.

In the evening on March 29, 2005, three practitioners including Ms. He Junfen were reported when validating Dafa in Nanzhuangzi Village, Dingzhou City. The police arrested them. They are currently held at the Dingzhou City Detention Center.
5. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Yongfu Arrested for the Second Time
Practitioner Mr. Li Yongfu is around 40 years of age and lives in Songjianghe Town, Fusong County, Jilin Province. In 2002, the local police sent him to the Chaoyanggou Labor Camp for two years of detention, but he broke free with the power of his righteous thoughts in November 2004. On the afternoon of March 21, 2005, he was reported when clarifying the truth at an employee bath service in Songjianghe Town. Jin Youli, the head of the local Politics and Security Division, led a group to take him away. One hour later, Jin Youli led four police officers to ransack Mr. Li's home. They took Dafa books, cassettes, a Minghui weekly and other things. Mr. Li is currently being held at the Quanyang Town Detention Center in Fusong County and is not allowed any visits from his family or from anyone else.

On March 28, 2005, the local police arrested practitioner Ms. Qiao Yongmei in the Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City and ransacked her home.
7. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Caixia Arrested and Sent to the No. 2 Detention Center in Handan City
After Practitioner Ms. Zhang Caixia was given a heavy prison term for tapping into the TV system to broadcast truth clarification videos, she escaped with the power of her righteous thoughts. The Handan City Police Department publicly issued a warrant for her arrest. It has been learned that she was recently arrested and sent to the No. 2 Detention Center in Handan City.
Four or five practitioners are currently being held at this detention center. They are holding a group hunger strike to protest the abuse and demanding unconditional release.

The police arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Shuying in Linqing, Shandong Province at home on March 30, 2005.
9. [Hunan Province] Xiangtan City's "610 Office" Broke in and Ransacked Practitioner Ms. Tang Liping's Home
At around 7:00 p.m. on March 31, 2005, Duan, a residential police officer in the Hepingxincun District, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province led seven or eight police officers and broke into practitioner Ms. Tang Liping's home. They took Teacher's pictures, Dafa books, exercise tapes and lecture tapes.
10. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Huang Guizhi Arrested; Current Whereabouts Unknown
Practitioner Ms. Huang Guizhi from the Qingming Division, Baiguo Town, Jintang County in Sichuan Province was persecuted for twice going to Beijing to appeal. In 2004, the police ransacked her home and found Dafa materials and articles. They then sent Ms. Huang to the detention center at the Jintang County Police Department. She was released after the police extorted money from her; she returned to the Baiguo Market around mid-March. Police officer Zeng Yong from Baiguo Town arrested her when she was processing preserved eggs. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Huaibei, Anhui Province] Practitioner Mr. Shi Lingfa, a Mine Engineer at Taoyuan, Persecuted
Mr. Shi Lingfa was a mine engineer at Taoyuan, Huaibei City, Anhui Province. After July 20, 1999, he went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Dafa. The police arrested and detained him. In 2001, the police arrested him because he exposed the persecution and clarified the truth to people. He was sentenced to one year of forced labor. After his release, he was further persecuted, particularly by Shen, the head of the Security Section at Taoyuan. He was transferred out of his former work unit. His wife, also a Dafa practitioner, is currently being held at the No. 3 Prison in Suzhou City, Anhui Province.
12. [Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Zou Chunhong Tortured by Local Police
On the evening of March 23, 2005, officers from the Saihu Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Zou Chunhong from Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province when she was doing truth clarification work in Chengdong. The next day, she was sent to the Ruichang City Detention Center where the local police tortured her.
Practitioner Mr. Chen Xianfeng, in his 70s, from Xiushui County, was also arrested.
13. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] The Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Wang Daofa
Mr. Wang Daofa, 51 years old is a resident of Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. He started to practice Falun Gong in January 1999. After beginning the practice all his diseases vanished.
After Falun Gong was suppressed on July 20, 1999, the police often went to his home to harass and threaten him. In December 2000, he and his wife went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Gong. Afterwards he was held in the city's No.1 Detention Center for three months. The police and the criminals there often beat him. He was only released after the police extorted several thousand yuan from him.
During the night on April 21, 2002, the police arrested him again at his home and sentenced him to three years of forced labor. In the labor camp, policemen, including Qi Yanwei, tortured him, which cause a relapse of his illness. Again, after they extorted money from him, he was bailed out for medical treatment. After getting back home, he and his family were always under huge mental pressure. He was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. On August 8, 2003 he left home and has never returned.

Practitioner Ms. Hou Yuhua from Jiamusi City, 28 years old, single, is a mathematics teacher for 12th grade students in Dalian City's No.12 High School. On January 23, 2005 someone reported that she clarified the truth to people in Jiangxi Town, Lushun City. Personnel from the town's Police Precinct arrested her and ransacked her rented house. They confiscated a lot of CDs and a CD-ROM drive. She is currently being held at the Lushun City Detention Center. An arrest certificate has been issued.

15. [Yongnian County, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners including Duan Xinyue Arrested
On around March 27, 2005, police arrested practitioner Duan Xinyue from Jize, Liu Deliang from Shahe City and also a practitioner from Handan City in Yongnian County.
16. [Chongqing] Mr. Guo Guangsheng Arrested When Living in Exile
Practitioner Mr. Guo Guangsheng, 61 years old, was a resident with the No.9 Group, Longxiang Village, Chenjia Changsha Town, Kai County, Chongqing. Because of his Falun Gong practice he was demoted from his teaching position and his Party membership was cancelled. Since March 2002 he, his wife, his daughter, and his three-months-old grandson have been living in exile. They have lived in exile for over three years.
During that period, policeman Zhang Daicheng searched everywhere for them. On the night of March 22, 2005, the police secretly arrested Mr. Guo in the downtown area of Kai County. It has been confirmed that he is being held in the Kai County Detention Center.

During the morning on April 1, 2005, the local police arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Wenying from Jintang County, Sichuan Province when she was buying some corn flour at a vegetable market near the Sichuan Boiler Factory. The police sent her for forced brainwashing at the Legal Education Center, Huaqiao Town's Women Detention Center, Xinjin County, Sichuan Province.

During the evening on March 25, 2005, police from Putian Township arrested practitioners Ms. Zhu Laoxiu and Ms. Zhang Lingfeng from Dongwulibao Village of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province when the practitioners were distributing Falun Gong truth clarifying materials. At present, they are being held at the Guancheng District Detention Center, where they are suffering from torture.
20. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Li Qingbo Arrested and No Family Visit Allowed
Practitioner Mr. Li Qingbo of Wuhan City suffered severe torture and lost a dozen pounds after he was arrested at the end of 2004 at Shenzhen City. He has been sent to the No.9 Team of Shenzhen City No.2 Forced Labor Camp for three years of imprisonment. His non-practitioner mother-in-law was sent to the Sanshui District Women Forced Labor Camp for one year only because of her sympathy and support to Mr. Li's practice of Falun Gong. As of the present time, the police at the forced labor camp have not allowed family visits.

Practitioner Ms. Guo Yujun from Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province was living in exile. On around March 30, 2005, the police arrested her when she went back to her home in Zhongtun Village.

Ms. Zhao Yumei of Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province was arrested in Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. She is currently being held in the Meizhou City Detention Center of Guangdong Province. On March 8, 2005, the Meizhou City authorities approved the arrest and threatened to sentence her to three to seven years of imprisonment.

Ms. Liu Jinzhi from Bianhe Town, Jianli County, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province is a Junior student at the Jianghan University in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The "610 Office" arrested her and sent her to the Jianghan Brainwashing Center for distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials to the heads of the University and to "610" Officers.

On April 1, 2005, local police arrested practitioner Ms. Yu Muying, an employee of Environmental Hygiene Administration of Heshengqiao Town, Xianning City. At present, she is being held in the city detention center and suffering from torture.
28. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested in February
At 11:00 a.m. on February 1, 2005, in collusion with local "610 Office," personnel from the Police Department and National Security Team of Shehong County, Suining City, Sichuan Province arrested practitioner Mr. Li Xianming on the street. Four policemen forcefully pressed him down and packed him into a police car. At least five practitioners were arrested during the night and their homes were ransacked. Some had to leave home and lead a homeless life in order to avoid arrest and torture. The police also searched the home of Mr. Li's parents. They are both nearly 80 years old, and were frightened. Mr. Li's father fell ill, was confined to bed and passed away in the middle of February. His mother is not clear-headed and is afraid of strangers. Practitioners Mr. Xu Mingxiao, Mr. Liu and Mr. Jiang Dengdi were bailed out after the police extorted 2,500 yuan from them. They are awaiting trial.

29. [Lunan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Han Jiye and Ms. Li Huaiping Sentenced to Forced Labor
Mr. Han Jiye, born in 1968, is from Lunan County of Linyi City. On February 24, 2004, two policemen from the Zhuchang Police Precinct arrested him when he was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials close to the Nanshi River in Linshu County. Police put him into the County Zhengshan Detention Center for three months. After May 26, the police sentenced him to three years of forced labor at the Zibo City Forced Labor Camp.
At around 9:00 a.m. on March 2, 2004, a dozen policemen led by Lu Xiutian arrested practitioner Ms. Li Huaiping from Lunan County and ransacked her home. Ms. Li was taken to the Lunan Detention Center and sentenced to two years of forced labor.

During the middle night on April 1, 2005, Zhao Xichun, the deputy director of Wuyiling District Police Department in Yichun City, Xue Qingshuang, the director of "610 Office" and Xing, the director of Wuyiling Police Precinct, led seven or eight policemen and broke into Ms. He Chunliu's house in the Tangwanghe District. The policemen climbed over the wall and damaged the lock. They illegally searched her house. Later they forcibly took Ms. He to her private clinic before ransacking it. 32. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] The Xindu District Police Department Arrested Mr. Chen Yong Is Arrested
Mr. Chen Yong worked in Xindu District, Chengdu City. 34. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Xu Hongwei's Back Broken; Liu Dagong Sentenced
In 2003, Mr. Xu Hongwei from Penglai City was arrested and sentenced to five years of imprisonment. At the same time, Liu Dagong was sentenced to two years of forced labor. When Mr. Xu was detained at the Penglai City Detention Center, he suffered brutal torture. One of his vertebrae was broken, and he could not move for two months. Currently, he is detained at the Weifang City Prison.
